Our staff consists of highly trained & licensed professionals that customize each treatment to meet your personal needs & desired results.

History

Established in 2006.

T L Spa & Wellness is owned and operated by a mother and daughter team. Both had spent many years in their respective fields in the San Diego area. It was their life long dream to someday open a day spa and Wellness center of their own combining their crafts and special talents. After years of writing on resturaunt napkins that dream came true when T L Spa & Wellness opened its doors in March of 2006. Along with an incredible staff, they strive to make each client leave with a sence of complete wellness and relaxation. This mother/​daughter team put their heart and souls into their work. This is not just a business in their eyes, but a way of life.

Meet the Business Owner

Linda and Tyrla M.

Business Owner

Linda has 25 years experience in holistic healing and acupuncture. She was educated here in San Diego at the world renowned IPSB, then on to complete a masters program at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She earned her medical license in acupuncture in 1992. Linda blends her own style of massage with acupuncture to give relief from disease and stress, and leaves her patients with a feeling of well-​being often bordering on euphoria. She treats a broad spectrum of problems from internal disorders and musculo-​skeletal problems to facial rejuvenation.

Tyrla earned her aesthetic license at California Hair Design Academy in 2003. Since then she has expanded her education with multiple classes in skincare, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels. She has also done extensive classes in the art of European waxing, which is less painful and is more gentle on the skin than traditional waxing techniques. She is truly a master of her craft and gives one of the best facials in San Diego.
