I know, I know… four stars for a Subway? Well, this location is fine, makes things correctly and takes the inevitable coupons with a smile. Yes, it’s a Subway. But their new rotisserie chix sandwich is pretty tasty. The obligatory coke fountain is always ready to fill up your giant 32 or 40 ounce cup(you know, the one you have to buy to get that second sandwich for free with that coupon). The people here are friendly, and always greet you as you walk in. Yes, I know that’s what they’re supposed to do — but in many locations it’s forced. For some reason it seems genuine here. Call me naïve. The seating area is clean, restrooms under lock and key but were clean too(once I got the key from the counter person). This place is what Subways should be like everywhere!

I have been a regular customer of this Subway for many years and always order a chopped Turkey salad. It is always served in a round plastic to go bowl and topped to the brim. It has always been priced the same. This time, I asked for the same chopped turkey salad. It was served in a smaller square take out plastic bowl, filled only half way and priced 40% higher than normal. Subway should pay attention to the portions it serves and the pricing. I had to ask three times for a decent portion of salad, only to find the server getting annoyed at my requests!

They fixed my sandwich from another location no questions asked.

Your standard Subway, quality was what you expect. Service was a little slow though at this one, albeit a Sunday night. What is noteworthy for me, we used this Subway to pick up sandwiches before our Overnight fishing trip on a charter boat out of Point Loma, it was the closest Subway we could find near Fisherman’s Landing.

All I have to say is its super annoying when you walk in and all of the employees say«Welcome to Subway» ALLATDIFFERENTTIMES!!! Come on, I’m sure the manager is making it a rule that everyone has to greet the patrons as they enter, but it just sounds ridiculous. If one person says«Welcome to Subway» I think that should be sufficient.

It’s Subway so I guess you really can’t expect much. It gets the job done but you know that you really want Rubicon Deli. Oh well… After downing a few drinks at some of our favorite local bars we somehow stumbled into this empty Subway. It was quiet and filthy but the girls behind the counter were very sweet and helpful. I ordered a sandwich which was a BBQ chicken of some sort which wasn’t bad but definitely wasn’t good. Is that really chicken? It looks so weird! 3 stars at best but you can’t argue the price. Will I be back? Probably. Will I enjoy it? I hope so.

This place is pretty good for a Subway. The employees are friendly. My favorite thing about this particular Subway is that you don’t smell like you rolled around in a tub full of Italian herb and cheese bread when you leave. The only reason they only get four stars is because they were kind of skimpy with the veggies. Other than that, this Subway is great.

This subway is clean and has a very friendly staff. My wife and I enjoy stopping by here before going to the launch ramp and people watching.

They raise the prices of their sandwiches! Back to cold cut trio for me… maybe the occasional meatball sub.

One of the best subways I’ve ever been to. I’ve been coming here for about two years since it’s pretty close to work. The folks behind the counter are very efficient yet friendly, and they seem genuinely interested in keeping the customers happy. During the lunch rush they’ll have at least 4 people just making sandwiches, which makes for a quick line(if there even is one). It’s always clean, there are lots of windows, and when I walk out of there I don’t reek of subway for the next twelve hours. It’s not perfect — the music is often terrible, or maybe just not to my taste. Parking can be tough in their tiny lot.

Ok, I wouldn’t normally write about a «fast-food», corporate place like Subway, but seriously, the people here are mean. MEAN, MEAN, MEAN! There is no patience here, and heaven forbid you don’t hear them the first time they ask you a question. I actually had someone roll their eyes at me when I said«I’m sorry, I didn’t hear you. What did you say?» Boo on this place.
