Like others have said, rude customer service. It used to be better. The shorter girl is rude, don’t know her name, could be a manager. So is one of the other girl employees.
Why bother going here when they treat you like they think you are a piece of crap. Even the food is nothing special.

Of the Subway Sandwich stores I’ve visited, many while traveling, but mostly because there was a location conveniently close to either my job or my home. Sometimes I lucked out and had two to choose from during my average 120mph week day life style. You would think after all my many experiences with Subway I would have become jaded and one would become just like another. Not so. This Subway has never failed me. they are clean, and courteous, and they go out of their way to make up for any inconvenience. If I call in an order it is always 100% correct! and no matter how many people are in there it doesn’t feel like you’re in a rush.

This Subway, service-​wise, hasn’t yet given me a bad experience. It’s actually nice how the drink fountain is around the corner and out of the way from the main line because it helps the line move quickly.
Where this location loses a lot of points is the parking. This is quite possibly the most poorly designed parking lot in all of Point Loma. The spaces are too narrow and the access ways don’t allow for multiple vehicles. It’s atrocious. The main reason I will skip this place is any time I drive by and scan the lot and it’s the usual cluster, I keep on driving. It’s just not worth dealing with the idiots.

Still giving these ppl one star bc i cant give you none! Who the f*** likes plastic in their food? Not me! So i ate one slice and bit into a piece of plastic and later noticed that there was still more… R u kidding this is so nasty! Gosh idk why i come back… Ive called the owner… Now who else should i call? If theres anyone out there who knows who i should call?

As far as Subway goes, I love this location (except for the parking). The people who work here are always friendly and they usually figure out combinations from what I’m ordering to give me a discount. My orders are correct and I’ve always been able to get a table if we want to stay and eat our meal.

This is the only subway location i go to because some of the employee’s are awesome even. I’ve been there three times this week and every time its the same positive attitude specifically george’s service was awesome and that is part of the reason why i will keep coming back! WOOOOOOOOOOOO SUBWAY

It’s a Subway… You’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. It is the only one in the area so you can count on a long line during lunch time. But they crank through it pretty fast so there is not too much of a wait. I didn’t know this but you can ask to have anything toasted along with your choice of bread and cheese! I had my jalapenos toasted with pepper jack cheese, it made ALL the difference!
