Subway. It works. A quick bite. Unless there’s a line. But this time, Jessica-who was on the sandwich line alone, was glorious. She saved the day by multitasking well. Got the line flowing well and did it all with a smile. Well done, Jessica-well done. I’ll be coming back to this location. For sure. It was clean and as mentioned above: the service was excellent.

Got a steak and egg sandwhich. They were out of flat bread which is what i went for. The guy was cool about it, so i got it on italian bread. I payed with the app, scan the barcode and my sandwich was paid for. Easy.

As a customer of Subway for years, I have come to expect the same fairly delicious food with the occasional let down in customer service as well as the rare hike in quality. Yesterday was beyond an exception as I was made a finely crafted and deliciously tasty sammich. Her name was Anna and she knows how to build food. Also she treated an elderly lady in line ahead of me, who was nearly blind and also quite deaf, with patience and care. I will return for another footlong veggie on honey oat and i do hope Anna can craft another edible of perfection and make a rarity into a regular treat.

This is the only Subway shop I ever go into as it’s not even ¼ mile from home. Evewryone there knows me when I walk in. Every time, I order a double meat sandwhich, and ask for all parts of the sandwhich to be separate and to go into separate packages. Not too difficult as I don’t order many extras. I just don’t want my BMT to be soggy soppy mess from the Mayo, vinegar and oil. This way, with everything dry, I just stick it all in the fridge when I get home. Then, I prepare the Sub. when I’m ready, not when it’s ready.

Dear subway, Not sure what the disconnect is here, but please either update your systems to the 21st century so that people can use prepaid visa gift cards(like we can everywhere else) or hire smarter employees that can figure out how to redeem one. Thanks

Eh, it’s alright. It’s just another subway, nothing different about this location except the employees lock the doors before closing hours. It was 10:50 pm 10÷24÷13 if it matters to anyone. I’ve never been turned away before closing hours. I thought that was very very rude. I know the kids in the back just wanted to go home early. In fact as I’m writing this the lights just went off and it’s still not even closing hours. Good job guys.

I’ll come to this Subway over the one off El Cajon blvd/Texas any day, hands down. My only complaint is the parking situation, not just for this subway but for any business located in this crappy strip mall. What gives? The spaces aren’t that small but frequently I find there are cars parked OVER the lines in the spaces between Starfucks and Subway. It drives me effing crazy. Anyway. back to the positives! The employees here are friendly, there’s a small patio outside to enjoy your sammich, and I don’t leave this store smelling like«that subway smell» that often stays on you for the rest of the damn day — Yay!

This continues to be the best Subway by far. You are always greeted«Welcome to Subway» and the staff make your sandwich exactly how you want it without any attitude. I got the footlong cold cut combo yesterday for 4 bucks on the December special. Can’t beat it !!

It’s your typical Subway. They have fresh veggies, which is always super important. I also really like their soup. Make sure to watch how stingy they can be because Fiona was really right about that. Also take note on how much their charging you because I’ve been overcharged more than once.

This place is open until like 11 so I like that. It’s Subway so no one is just so stoked about a sandwich. A couple of times they have gotten my order wrong or forgotten to give me my cookies but nothing monumental. It is so nice and cool in here on a hot day though! Once again parking in this plaza is the worst so go at a random time and expect to hate your life.

Wow! I frequent the subway in Eastlake and I’m not used to this kind of service! I give them two stars today because the woman working was super cool, but she handed my order off to another guy working and I didn’t pay attention to him making the sub, and I’m paying for it now! I got the chicken bacon ranch, and drove home only to bite into it and the chicken is refrigerator cold! I only drove two blocks home, there’s no way it got cold that quick.. .. he forgot to heat the chicken, and it’s disgusting! This sucks because I have no desire to go back! I think I’ll stick to the meatball from now on and watch them make it, though it will be a while before I go back.

I’ve eaten at every Subway. I know a thing or two about Subway. This is Subway review #4. Pros for this location: — This is literally an average Subway in every way. Cons — Sometimes parking really sucks in this area. — Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait. — They often don’t have veggie patties thawed so they have microwave them. That makes them taste crappy. This place is the least exceptional Subway in the city. It is fine. That is all.

This was an ok experience… the food itself was fine. I don’t want to be mean because the employees were genuinely friendly and I give them credit for making sure that I was aware of the $ 5 special. I ordered two sandwiches and one of them was not $ 5(which I was cool with), but I found it nice of them to situationally inform me so I was not surprised. There was a creepy dude ordering behind me that seemed to think I cared for his opinion on each item I put on my sandwich.

I am sorry to say that I have had more negative experiences here than positive. You know what you are getting at a subway, and it isn’t horrible, but I have been given some pretty rude service a couple of times. Sorry, Subway, but I have to be honest. Not the best around in my opinion. They have vastly improved in recent years, I am happy to say! The new staff is friendly and engaging, and they do a great job. 2009 – 2011 has been terrific!

I really haven’t seen much variation in the food at any Subway, just variations with employee attitudes, restaurant cleanliness, and ingredient freshness. This one is very middle-of-the road in all three. Didn’t stick out in a good or a bad way. But it’s cheap, convenient, fast, and healthier than McDonalds. That’s why people go here, right?
