Spudz is a unique food concept that specializes in «Stuffed Hash Browns.» With our specially designed cooking utensils, we are able to place our savory ingredients inside a layer of hot and crispy potato’s. Some of our enticing breakfast options include bacon, scrambled egg and cheese or our new chorizo, egg, avocado and cheese. If your in the mood for lunch or dinner our delicious pressure cooked meats will surely satisfy. Pick from our always popular «Speedy» which has carne asada, pico de gallo, avocado and cheese or our «Real Deal» with pork, garlic, lime and green chili. Don’t forget to top them off with grandmas red chili or our amazing green chili. See you soon.

Established in 2013.

Spudz was created with the idea of bringing an entirely new food concept to people and watching them react with as much joy and excitement to our food as we did when we tried our first stuffed hashbrown.
