I did not actually go in the store I called to see if they could help me solve my problem over the phone. Which they did in under 2 mins. My phone wasn’t getting text messages from one person and I did not understand why. They were able to help me solve this text messages issue by unblocking this person from my contacts and were very kind about my minor problem.

First I would like to say. I use to love sprint! No more. We called this location RIGHT as we were waking out the door of our house to set up an appointment. The guy answered and said its dead and pointless to make one. We insisted still and his reply was if you’re coming right now there’s no need. We live less than 7 minutes away. We got there and the store was packed. The guy asked us our name and said were #3 on the waiting list. Okay after waiting 20+ minutes I noticed our names weren’t even on the list. I went back up to the guy and he said he’ll fix it. Then put us at NUMBER6 on the list after already helping the people who we were behind the first time!!! And for him to say there’s nothing he can do!!! I’m in the customer service. I couldn’t believe how bad it was at this location. I worked with phones for a few years back when and I would NEVER get away with that much time. Let alone Turing away an appointment. In the long run we walked out. I tried calling sprint they told me for what I needed I need to go into the store. I’m proud to say I’m now at T-Mobile right now and they are buying me out of my contract and paying for everything I still own on my phones.

Wanted to ask if they had the iPhones in stock since I’m due for an upgrade on 3 of my three lines on a family plan. Wondering if we should just switch to T-Mobile for a better network when this happened: «I’m with a customer right now, I can’t help you. Why don’t you call customer service?» Thanks. I will. Asshole.

Honestly getting a new phone after washing yours in the washing machine sucks. However the service at this Sprint store was incredible. Jason helped me last week when I washed my phone and then again this week to upgrade a phone for my son. Jason explained all the different options and helped find the best plan for us. You can make an appointment a head of time because it does get busy and it takes a while to complete the whole process. Thank you Jason for excellent customer service and your expertise!

Got a new Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+, and loving it. Jason Mallery helped me out, and hooked me up with the latest, and helped lower our bill. They were swamped and short staffed, so that’s my only drawback, but Jason knocked it out of the park and got me set in under an hour. He’s a 5 star employee

The sales representatives are eager to sell you service but after the check has cleared, both the cell service and the customer service are non-existent. The lack of customer service isn’t just substandard in the store; the phone service is also just as weak. The difference is that the service on the phone appears to be helpful but they are unable to follow through with any commitments. The service in the store can be summed up in this; «I need to ask an off-sight manager before I can do that» or «I’m sorry we don’t have an on-site tech service.» When you repeatedly receive empty promises from their representatives, at some point you just accept that upper management doesn’t care about customer care.
