To be honest, I’ve never heard of Flippin’ Pizza until they hosted my daughter’s school night the other day. I went to be supportive of my kid’s school — and I am so happy I did. It was crowded, but not hectic or chaotic. The wait was long at times, but that was because there were a TON of people here. And they managed the crowd very well. When it died down a bit, one of the guys came out from the kitchen with a bunch of pizza rolls and handed them to kids who were seated with their families eating. He taught them how to flip the pizza dough, and do tricks — it was neat to watch him do it, and it was neat to see how well he worked with the kids in teaching them. The pizza tasted great and was fresh and hot. I will definitely be back — even if it is not for my kid’s school!

We are so happy that Flippin’ Pizza opened here! Called in my first order on Friday 1÷29÷16: 1 pie with half meatball and half pepperoni and jalapenos. Also ordered a Philly calzone with anchovies(for husband). Over the phone the guy said 20 minutes so I went to pick my son up and then headed over a little earlier. Glad we did because my 6 year old got a spot at the counter and watched the guys making the pizzas flip the dough in the air… he was so fascinated and even asked I take his picture. Anyways, as we were waiting, they realized they forgot to put the anchovies in the calzone so they made us another one. I told them it wasn’t necessary, they could have just given me the anchovies on the side, but they responded«no, we want to give you what you ordered». So not only did they make another calzone but when our order was ready, they gave us the extra one they made as a mistake! It was a calzone galore weekend because those calzones are HUGE! Driving home with the wonderful smells made it really difficult to not just start eating in the car! But we contained ourselves and enjoyed it at home. The pizza crust was so tasty. Thin and airy with a chewy texture but at the same time had a slight crunch. Sauce and cheese ratio was perfect and I liked the size of the pepperoni. Most places use regular size but Flippin’s pepperoni are almost bite size so when you bite into it, you don’t get an entire pepperoni hanging. Cannot wait to get our next order… welcome to the neighborhood!

They have a really good deal… $ 7.50 for two slices of pizza and a drink! I’m not picky with pizza at all. So it was delicious. However, their crust doesn’t have much crunch on the bottom. So if you prefer the crisp, I’d recommend the pizza to toast in the oven for a little longer. They have a good selection for pre made pizza slices as well. The buffalo garlic knots portion wise is why I gave this place a 4 star… that’s just me though. I’m all about the portions! So when they came out with just three I wasn’t impressed. Taste yummy though! I’d eat here again.

Jason and Carlos are great guys. They make AMAZING pizza!!! MUST try. Authentic NY thin crust pizza! I eat there twice a week now. Personal favorites are the Whitestone and triboro. Near trader joe’s. They also deliver. No excuse not to try it. Go for the pizza; stay for a conversation with the guys.

I happy to learn that Flippin Pizza, a local company, has been opening up new doors around town, simply because they make some pretty good pizza. I stopped in for lunch and ordered their $ 7 combo deal which includes two large slices of your choice and a drink. For my pizza, I went for the Brooklyn topped with pepperoni, meatballs, mushrooms and fresh garlic, and the chef’s special which included cheese, pesto, chicken, and roasted red peppers. I really enjoyed the crust on both slices. It was of the thin variety, but stable enough to hold up to the ingredients on top. The crust had a good crunch but with a little bit of chew as well which made for enjoyable eating. The Brooklyn had a good amount of well spiced pepperoni, and a decent amount of savory herb sausage, and a modest amount of thinly sliced mushrooms. I would of liked more mushroom or at the very least, some with a little more meat on them, so I could taste them more. Red sauce on this slice was mild in flavor and quite tasty. I liked that it did not overwhelm the slice of pizza. The Chef’s special was great. The pesto sauce, although I felt it could of used a touch of my more salt, was quite good. It had a good basil and garlic flavor. The chicken piece were tender and the slice came with a generous amount. The roasted red peppers were great and so was the extra grated Parmesan cheese I put on top. Very good pizza and very nice customer service, and of course, you can order a whole pie if you like.

I am very happy that Flippin’ Pizza opened us nearby our place. The pizza is always fresh and tastes great. The staff is very friendly and the pizza is inexpensive. They have looks of different options to choose from, and all of the pizza is really good. They have a special with 2 slices and a soda for 7 bucks, or on Tuesdays, Garlic Knots are only a buck. They also have great salads and offer a slice, salad, and drink for about 7 bucks as well. Highly recommended!

Their pizza beats the stuffin’ out of any of the big delivery chains around. Our pizza arrived hot and on time. Very tasty and reasonably priced though a bit greasy for me. They don’t start delivery service until late afternoon which was a bummer on at least one occasion. Overall will definitely make them my go to when ordering for delivered pizza.

Love Flippin’ Pizza. Flippin’s now has a location down the street from me in Carmel Mountain Ranch. New York Pies. Love all that I have tried. Haven’t sat in the restaurant, but have picked up pies several times. Garlic knots are fantastic as well. Fast and friendly. With the Christmas season, it can be really crowded in the parking lot and of course during the weekends and lunch time. So in other words, it’s located in a very busy strip mall. So as not to deter you, there is plenty of parking but it is located by Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, McDonalds, Indian Restaurant and Champagne’s so parking can sometimes be a challenge. Otherwise, choose delivery. If you love Bronx pizza in Hillcrest, you will love this place too.

Very disappointed with the confusion regarding delivery. I easily placed my order online for a salad and garlic knots. The order exceeded $ 15(which it says no where on the site that I could find was a requirement). I spent the time signing up and entering my payment information which is tedious. After about 20 minutes, I got a call saying that they had received my order, but they could not deliver it because I didn’t order a pizza? Hmmm. It says nowhere that you need to do this and the order went through online without issue or warning of this. He then said«well, we really don’t deliver, it’s just sometimes for customer convenience«. Umm yeah, that was my point. Then he says«I don’t have anyone to deliver anyway and you are far away» the online order system actually directed me to their store through my address. To me, it’s just false advertisement and also poor customer care. They did not offer to fix the situation or help understand the confusing delivery service. Bummer. I was so excited to try something new and it’s hard to find someone to deliver in RB once again!

Friendly staff and excellent pizza. Smaller store but still comfy. Their crust is always the best. This one seems to put more toppings on than the one in murrieta.

Pizza was pretty good. Service was terrible. Ordered two pizzas to go. They neglected to call my name when they were ready. I live one mile from Flippin Pizza. The pizzas were stone cold when I got home approximately two minutes after I left the restaurant. $ 50 for two cold pizzas. Not happy.

Took a walk to grab some lunch since I had a coupon for a free slice. Customer service is very friendly, love the threshold greeting, makes me feel acknowledged when it was a little busy inside… place is small, not a whole lot of seating, so I wouldn’t recommend dining in for large families, but since it was just me, it wasn’t a problem for me. Now the important part, the pizza! I didn’t have to wait long for my slice, which for a pregnant lady is a good thing! Lol and the girl at the counter brought it to me, which I thought was kind of her. I ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza, and was not disappointed! The crust was awesome, had a nice crunch to it… wasn’t over sauced, which is important to me! This is great place and can’t wait to take my hubs here for dinner one night :)

This place is really small. Not a lot of dining space inside. However, the pizza is good and the staff is super friendly and nice. We had a 10 month old with us, and the guy at the register was so sweet to us. We really appreciated that since our little one can be a handful and lots of other places will give you the evil eye of you have a baby with you.

Great pizza, I wish they had more options though. It’s better than California pizza kitchen. I guess I just like NY style pizza.

Yum. I booked marked the flippin pizza on dove canyon and had a day off today so I decided to go try it. While looking up directions I discovered this location had opened and its closer to my house. I arrived around 1:30 and the person at the counter informed me I had just missed the lunch time rush. I wanted to try the tomato garlic slice but they were out so I got the pesto slice instead. My wait was super short(less than 5 minutes) and the guy brought my slice out to me instead of calling my name out to go get my food. How nice of him!(: The slice was so good!!! I love thin crust and this was the perfect thinness. It tasted fresh and it was hot. I was a little disappointed with the size of the slice I though it would be bigger and I pretty much inhaled my slice in only a couple of bites. Regardless I think the quality was well worth the $ 3.51(including tax) that I paid. In the future I’d come back to get the lunch deal that comes with 2 slices that you can mix and match + a drink.

I was at Trader Joe’s when I noticed something was going on at the pizza spot nearby. It turns out they were giving out free pizza. Needless to say, I got in there faster than Walter White gets in trouble. The pizza was great. The crust is crispy, not doughy. The cheese is awesome. The guy at the counter was super friendly. I will be coming back. PS, I didn’t throw the pizza on the roof.(Breaking bad reference)

We were driving towards Wings n Things and came upon a free pizza sign. My wife and I are always down to try new things and new eateries, especially when people are giving things away. Then I was thinking to myself, so we really need another pizza place? I am all for mom n pop businesses bc I know they try really hard to compete and differentiate themselves amongst their competitors. Flipping Pizza, great job on marketing yourself with free slices, if you hadn’t done so, we wouldn’t have known about the awesome slices. The slices are not to thick like most commercialize pizza chains. If I had to compare them to another mom n pop shop which I frequently visit, it would be Bronx Pizza in Hillcrest. The slices came out warm, firm and crunchy, which is what I always like about Bronx. Today we tried the pep/sausage, cheese, and pepperoni, all were superb. We will definitely come back. Oh yeah, something cool about their pizzas is that they don’t have HFCS(high fructose corn syrup) and other additives. If anyone is up for pizza, we would definitely recommend Flippin Pizza.
