ServPro of Sorrento Valley

We recently had a flood in our guest house and ServPro wast recommended by our insurance company to clean up and assess the damage. Michael Lyons, the lead technician did a great job drying things out and recommending further repairs. We’re very happy with their work and would highly recommend them.

ServPro was fantastic! They were right on time, came out to work on my home at 9 PM, were very knowledgeable, and kept me informed about the procedures throughout all their work. I would highly recommend them!

Unfortunately we had some water damage and needed to get it dried quickly. We called servpro and Tyrone came out. He set us up with some drying equipment that we rented from him. He was so helpful and knowledgable. He never forced or pressured us to do anything we didn’t want. I really recommend Servpro !!

Compared to other flood remediation teams I have dealt with (and sadly, I’ve had several), this was by far the best experience. Tyrone was very professional and efficient. Would recommend highly and … in the very unlikely case that I have to go through this again with a new flood, I will call them first.

I was initially skeptical and waited till the next day to have an appointment to have Servpro evaluate my water damage. I should not have hesitated.
Servpro was, from the start to finish, professional, friendly, courteous, and thorough. They explained everything from the get go, kept me up to date daily with the process and progress, gave me good recommendations, fed me on one of my most stressed out days, and were all in all just good, awesome guys.
So, my project. I had about 1000 square feet of flood damaged downstairs due to a water leak in an LG fridge (lesson learned, plastic water lines in the fridge are not good). I had an inch of water on the entire first floor, damaged walls, carpets and kitchen cabinets.
Serve pro convinced me of what was needed and why, used the appropriate instrumentation do demonstrate, scientifically, why the walls needed to go, why the insulation needed to be replaced, and why the lower cabinets needed to come out. They took extreme care to minimize damage, and dried the place out in about 6 days (it is a big home). They moved my furniture out of the home (into a garage and pod), carefully, shielded off the unaffected parts of my home with a plastic curtain, and did the best they could to finish up the drying process quickly.
The person who ran my project was named Tyrone, and he was extremely eloquent, professional, and kind. If I ever am unfortunate enough to need these guys again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them. I would not do anything like this without approval from my insurance company, as the costs quickly become very large, but listen to what these guys have to say, understand the process, and they will do a great job for you.

Thank you ServPro of Sorrento Valley for making a very aggravating experience into one that I could wrap my head around. A water pipe leak in the attic of my condo building resulted in damage to my bathroom and my HOA sent out ServPro. At first I was reluctant about them but as soon as Tyrone came out to review the damage, he made me feel better by explaining everything to me, sometimes even twice as I was still pretty shocked. Tyrone and his team answered all my questions and made me more at ease as he immediately treated the damage the water leak had done.
I was so pleased by Tyrone and Jim, that I decided to have ServPro do the finish work. Rick came out and worked hard 3 days straight to get the job done. He is a very hard worker. I can tell you that customer service by ServPro is top notch. They made sure I was completely satisfied before they completed the job. I highly recommend Jim and his team if you ever experience water damage. They know what they are doing and you won’t be disappointed!

These guys are the only redeeming quality of my shitshow of a repair.
The guys from ServPro are AMAZING. Punctual, friendly, nice, they provide quality work with a great smile. They listened to my concerns, addressed them, did a GREAT job repainting my strangely-​painted room, and went above & beyond to make sure that (at least their portion of) the repairs went as seamlessly as possible.
Rick is AMAZING. He is the friendliest, nicest, most helpful guy. I’m sooo glad he was there to help. Same with Danny. I don’t know what I would have done without Danny keeping me sane.
So, in summation, GIVE RICK & DANNY RAISES. They surely deserve them.

Our condo units are under construction with the least efficient contractors. When the rains came 60 units had water damage. Fortunately servpro got on the case immediately and the contrast of their professionalism and quality is unbelievable. Daniel went out above and beyond. He called well after work hours to inform me when my unit would be worked on and it is clear he is making sure all the work was done properly. All of the workers are courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
