History

Established in 2011.

SD Rentals was established with the concept on making property management hassle free and affordable.

From the beginning we wanted to form a professional real estate property management company that focused on the needs of the owner. We have strived to form a company that would be fair and honest with all parties, but that would work for and with the property owners. We wanted to build a management company that WE would hire.

In 2011 SD Rentals was formed. The goal was and still is to provide the most professional management service utilizing the latest technology while remaining cost effective and offering simple flat fee pricing. We strive to be an accurate and professional property management company servicing all of San Diego County.

Meet the Business Owner

Steve S.

Business Owner

Steve is a graduate of Marquette University. His degree is in Business Administration with a specialty in Finance. He started in the real estate industry as a sales person back in May of 1994. Eager to advance his career he worked to acquire his real estate broker’s license and accomplished this in 1996. During his career he has been involved in every aspect of real estate from sales, lending, investing, to property management. It was during his time as a real estate investor that the hands on management began with his own portfolio. It was this experience that led to the creation of SD Rentals Property Management. His goal is to treat his clients like he would like to be treated.
