Established in 2003.

I worked with a couple of different people doing similar work to what I do and did not like the way that they cheated customers so decided to go into business for myself. I grew up in the midwest on a farm and spent 23 years in the Navy. I have always felt that you need to be fair and honest with everyone because that is the way I want to be treated.

Keith and his crew did a number of jobs in our home, and they all turned out beautifully. He removed a rusted out tub for us and created a large shower instead, including new tile and fixtures. He also installed a new vent fan and bathroom door for us, and snaked our drain while he was there so we didn’t have to call a plumber. I have a few more honey do’s to accomplish, so as soon as I have the money I will be calling him back. He’s old school dependable and does it right the first time.

Keith and his team are AMAZING. I would recommend him to anyone who appreciates prompt quality service with a smile.
1. I called him to make several repairs for my parents at their home in Escondido, and he was available that evening with a team of 4.
2. He was able to replace a toilet, replace 3 sets of bathroom sinks with stoppers, replace the door seal for 2 doors, replace and fit an external door, replace shower door rollers, putty the wall and re-​fit a toilet paper holder… all this was done within 4 – 5 hours at a moments notice.
3. The price was extremely reasonable, my parents were EXTRAORDINARILY Pleased. They are a very hard sell mind you!
4. Keith knows what he is doing, he is pleasant and easy to work with. He supervises his workers very well. I highly recommend him, and we plan to use him in the future.

Hired Keith to do drywall finishing. I asked for it to be paint ready. He answered my call right away, came out same day to give estimate and started work 2 days later. So far was very impressed. When he finished he informed us that we might have to do a little work because our walls had a lot of seams and it was difficult, I appreciated his honesty. My husband said it was more than «a little work» he basically has to go in and redo it all. Wouldn’t recommend for spackling if you have old drywall that is difficult to work with.

After making the poor decision to attempt a home improvement project on my own on a Saturday afternoon, I was left with two showers that did not work. I called Keith, who benevolently agreed to come out on the following day to fix the problem. He arrived the next morning on time and was able to fix my showers with ease. His rates were beyond reasonable, his work was excellent, and his willingness to go the extra mile by coming out on the weekend really impressed me. A good handyman is hard to find– if you need repairs done around your home, Keith should be your first call.
I would like to add that I noticed a few other reviewers stated that Keith was not very responsive to questions and/​or other communications. Keith answered the phone right away and scheduled my appointment. While Keith was working on my showers, he explained each and every step of the process, and answered every question that I had. He described what had gone wrong when I attempted the project on my own, and how to proceed in the future were I to try the same project again. Of course, I cannot speak to the experiences of others, however my experience working with Keith was very positive and I highly recommend him.

While he ended up putting up a pretty decent fence in our backyard, for what I think was a competitive price, it was like pulling teeth to get a hold of, get questions answered, or schedule the work with Keith. He was sometimes quick to respond to an email, but it would be with a one word answer to only 1 of the questions I had asked. I wasn’t really impressed and would not use him again.

While initially very encouraged, I was ultimately very disappointed. Keith initially answered my call right away and came over to give me an estimate the next day. It was all downhill from there. He was supposed to call to tell me when he could do the work and never did. I called him a week later to ask if he was going to be able to do the work and he promised to come on Saturday. He was a no-​show and I never heard from him again. I’ve had to call someone else.

I hired Keith to replace a rotten shelf on the front exterior of my home. He came on time for our appointment and gave me a fair estimate and started the job almost immediately. He found some additional damage that was not apparent from the first look and asked me to check it out. We both agreed for the additional work and he gave me a very fair price for it. Keith is a true professional. He gets the job done and allows you to inspect the job before he accepts the payment.
