SD Green Clean

I just wanted to thank Kevin for coming out this morning to take a look at the gutters on a 5plex. We have some fascia board rot under the gutters and wanted to see if the gutters needed cleaned. The building is two stories and not easy to get up on the roof. He went a head and did his thing. Got up on a few different spots to and took a look. After all said and done he told me that the gutters wasn’t the issue and not to waste my money. He things that the roof needs to be looked at. I really appreciate his honesty. He told me no charge and that he gives free estimates… he said kind of old fashion but that is his deal. Thanks Kevin keep up the good work.

Extremely unprofessional.
I had an appointment with Kevin to estimate the cost of window cleaning and carpet cleaning. He was late to the first appointment and did not give me any advance notice that he would be running behind. I understand when previous appointments can run long but you need to keep potential customers notified. It was especially inconvenient given that I had to leave work to meet with Kevin. I had a follow up appointment on the same day and the scheduled person was not available until 2 hours after the appointment time. Needless to say we were no longer interested in their services.
I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for a professional experience.

I was looking forward to receiving an estimate from Kevin, especially after seeing the Unilocal reviews and having a friend recommend him. He came out a week ago to look things over, nice guy. Said he would get back with me regarding an estimate, and it’s been seven days and I haven’t heard back. I e-​mailed him with no response. And every time I call, I get sent to voicemail. Disappointing. Have moved on to other options …

Great customer service! While I was away my dog opened up a instant coffee pack on my foe suede couch. I looked on Unilocal and saw thy sd green clean had high ratings. After I called 2 places, sd green was the first to get back to me within 15
Minutes while the other company took over half a day. After speaking with kevin, he determines that sd green clean was not the best company for suede couches because of their products all being water based. He then put in a call to one of his techs to see if they new of a good company I could go to for my problem. In 15 minutes I was called by a different company and my stain was on it’s way to being cleaned. Thanks sdgreenclean and Kevin for being kind, thoughtful, responsive and very helpful!

Great company. Called them again and they were able to clean my place on short notice. Wife loves that they use Green Products. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very thorough! They did an excellent job on my rental property! They used all new green products! I will be using these guys again! They were very professional and friendly!

SD Green Clean did an outstanding job cleaning up my condo prior to move out. It actually looked far better than when I moved in, and I received my entire deposit back in full without a single comment regarding areas to improve.
In addition to providing great and timely service, Kevin actually came back the next day to clean out the garage after the remaining items were removed the following day by a different moving company. His willingness to return the following day was above and beyond what I would have expected and would recommend them to everyone!

These guys were lifesavers. I had some tenants move out and had a quick turn around before the new folks were moving in. Unfortunately after the move out I found the townhouse had been destroyed by their dogs. The smell was so bad that you felt nauseous being in the unit for too long. Kevin and Jason made my job their number one priority until my new tenants were completely happy. They spent hours trying to rid the unit of the smell. When it was clear that cleaning wouldn’t work they scheduled to replace all the carpet the very next day. They even moved my new tenant’s furniture and worked late into a Friday night to get the job done. It took a tremendous amount of stress off of me knowing that they would do whatever it took to get the job done. On top of that, they were still reasonably priced. It’s rare these days to find people who go over and above your expectations. They are now my go to guys whenever I need carpet/​tile cleaning, installation or a cleaning crew.
