Ryan did an amazing job start to finish in getting me and my kids into our first home. He explained every step of the process and was on top of things the whole way through. Very professional and trust worthy, can’t say enough good about him and the rest of the RC team.

My husband and I highly recommend Scott and his team! He made our experience of buying our first home extremely pleasant and effortless. We never had to worry about following up with the loan officer or escrow office to ensure all of their to-​do items were getting completed on time. He gave quality advice throughout the process to help guide us in getting the best deal. He always responded to our texts and emails immediately, it was wonderful to never wait on getting answers to our many questions! He also promptly assisted us with a matter post closing, even though he was not obligated. We will definitely be using RC Realty for all of our realstate needs while in CA.

Scott and Brooke Chambless handled the sale of our home and the purchase of a new one in the San Diego area. Simply stated, they could not have handled either process better. Having worked with many, many real estate pros selling properties for the company I worked for, I found Scott and Brooke to be at another level in terms of knowledge of the business, negotiating capabilities, responsiveness, and being easy to work with. I own Pro Ex Termite here in San Diego. I have had many dealings with RC Realty over the years and it is always easy to work with this office which I cannot say about most real estate companies. The brokers Scott and Brooke are very knowledgable and professional in every way. Recently I had an escrow from Legends Escrow (DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!) that I was not only not paid my inpsection fee but when I called they tried blaming not paying me (their job) on 3 other things. The bank, the realtor and then they said they did not have the funds! The realtor Val Francis from RC said no worries and paid me out of his own pocket when it was the sellers responsibility, but because the escrow screwed up I was not paid. Val did NOT have to do this but it shows you the pros at RC are truly excellent to work with. Most realtors would tell me to go back to the escrow company! Thanks RC!!!

It was a blessing that by chance I contacted Brooke Chambless to represent us as our real estate agent. As a first time buyer, she helped explain to us what to look for and each step of the process.
Some things that stood out:
— very honest
— paid attention to the things we liked and didn’t like
— clearly written contracts… trust me, this is a big one. Lots of agents have poorly written contracts, which leads to offers not accepted or even costly mistakes in the future!
— explained the contracts — again, hugely helpful for a first time buyer (Did you know that your lender can make you pay a fee if you pay your house off early? Check your contracts!)
— knew what to say to sellers to make us appealing buyers
— knows a lot of people — from contractors, to other real estate agents, to mortgage brokers… and we got to leverage from her contacts
— was present for inspection and helped us keep an eye out for potential problem areas in the homes we looked at
— was available to show us homes within same day or next day (or she found a substitute if she wasn’t free)
— went out of her way to get our signatures for the counteroffer on the home we eventually bought… she came to meet us at the movie theater where we were about to head in! The sellers received more offers after they accepted our counter and if we had waited to get it back to them we may have lost the house.
I could say way more, but I think this says everything you need to know.
