I have been a Realtor in the San Diego area since 1986. I know that I cannot sell a home to a buyer that does not want to buy it, nor can I stop a buyer from buying a home of their choosing.

Then you ask «why do I need you».

I believe that my job is to get answers to questions you may not know need to be asked, work through the difficulties and challenges of the process, and to provide a little real estate «therapy» when needed.

25 years of experience has given me the tools to anticipate problems, to head them off when possible, and to resolve them when necessary.

History

Established in 1986.

I relocated from Chicago to the City of San Diego in 1985 and became a full time Realtor in 1986. Over 25 years, I have built my business one satisfied client at a time. Assisting over 350 clients, I have developed extensive knowledge in real estate contracts, mortgage lending, and conflict resolution.

I began work along the interstate 5 corridor from Mission HIlls north to Del Mar, but the areas I have worked in now include most of San Diego county. The skills I bring to a transaction are not limited by geography.

If you’ve read this far, you know that I have been in the business of real estate since 1986. So if you’ve done the math, you know that I am probably of the «boomer» generation. I like to think of it as having had the time to develop a sense of perspective.

I volunteer as a Casa with Voices for Children and have been a member of Soroptimist since 2001. My hobbies include cooking, painting and real conversation.
