If you are looking for a realtor that knows what he is doing, Farid is the person to go to. We had such a great experience with him from A to Z. He was flexible meeting us to show properties, he was very organized, professional, and was always prepared. Not only he was great at finding what type of property we were hoping to find, but also he pointed out all of the potential/​positive points a house may have for future investment. I found Farid in 2010 after not having much success with my two previous realtors. It took me 6 months to find the right property and in the process I found Farid to be the patient realtor that I was looking for. He not only wasn’t pushy when I showed interest in a property but would talk me out of making bad decisions. I consider him a real estate consultant and expert before calling him my realtor. Since 2010, I have purchased and sold various properties thru Bluxen and they all turned out successful investments. I have recommended Bluxen to many family and friends and they have been thankful to me for that.
I still refer friends to Farid and Peggy with no hesitation.

Thanks to the diligent work and good contacts of Farid and Peggy, the awesome realtor couple, we bought our first home sweet home in San Diego recently! They went above and beyond their normal tasks and tried to assisted us in every step of home buying process! They have good relationship with many lenders, contractors, escrow agents etc and that made a big deal of difference to us, in the process of buying, negotiating and deciding!
