San Diego Photo Booth Rentals

My husband and I loved having the photo booth at our wedding last April! We were able to choose the type/​style of booth that fit our theme and MITCH made it happen! It was easy to fit into an elevator and the booth attendant was friendly. The props were great and it the pictures were fast to print! It kept all the guests entertained and going back for more! We would definitely pick San Diego Photo Booth for other events in the future!

Photo booths are a lot of fun at party’s. I will definitely do this for my 50^th birthday :)

I booked San Diego Photo Booth Rentals for my wedding. Mitch was very helpful and responsive during the booking process. They set up for our wedding with no problem even though it rained! The props were great and the employee they had as an attendant was very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have been a better experience!

We booked booth for our wedding. From the beginning emails Mitch was very helpful and answered all my questions. The day of event employee was very good. He kept booth clean and running properly. A great addition for extra fun at our daughter’s wedding. Because of the size, the booth had to be relocated but once we got the DJ announcing its location it was a hit. (Oops the bride’s name was misspelled on the photo cards). The operator was friendly and the props were fun; a personal and nice addition as a wedding «souvenir.»

I wasn’t the one the who booked them but I wanted to review from an event attendee. It was an easy booth to use and the photos came out fast! Also, we were thrilled when Mitch responded to our school’s request for the images on dvd and sent them out to us the following day.

Great experience using San Diego Booth Rentals! The process was flawless and my group enjoyed having the photo booth at the event. It provided a lot of fun and the group had a great keepsake. A plus to their service is the capability to upload your own logo for the photo strip — makes it look very professional and customized! I would definitely do work with them again in the future.

San Diego Photo Booth rentals has been present for 5 different functions that I have attended, including my daughters wedding. They have great photo props and are always attentive, polite, and efficient. I highly recommend them if you have a function that you want to have a photo booth.

This business is AWESOME! The booth itself is very professional and played great in our event. They not only brought props to add to the fun, but they customized artwork on the photos for our guests and it was crazy unlimited! I’ll be using them in the future. Highly recommend!

Everyone LOVED the photo booth! My husband had worked for a photo booth company a couple of years ago so we knew we definitely needed to have that at our wedding last month (5÷25÷14). Searching for a great deal and quality became tough but after finding Mitch, we knew we scored. He was very attentive to detail on our graphics and they turned out perfect. The day of the wedding, everyone said how much fun they had and the attendant was wonderful. I would definitely recommend getting the props! They were a blast and the photos from the day are priceless! Mitch and his team were top notch and I would recommend them for any event!

I work for Bar West, a nightclub in Pacific Beach and had an EXCELLENT experience with this company. Needed a photo booth for DAY OF on New Year’s Eve. They were my first call, and after receiving other quotes, they were the most reasonable, flexible, and accommodating!
Even for day of on NYE, the price was more than fair! Mitch and staff were quick with service and very accommodating on one of their busiest days of the year. Set up and break down on the same day, and very efficient!
Our clients and guests loved having photos to take home with them. Photos were available next day on their website. Thanks again SD Booth Rental!!! We’d love to have you again!

San Diego Photo Booth Rentals provided a photo booth at my work’s holiday party. Every one had a lot of fun with the photo booth and I liked that it had a black and white or color option. The props made for some fun pictures. When I emailed them afterward asking a question about my photo strips, they responded very quickly and were helpful.

Here is my side of the story:
Since the photobooth was my gift to the birthday girl I felt obligated to get the issue resolved ASAP during the party. So I had my husband call the home office and I went out and walked around the building looking for him. While my husband was on the phone I had a good view of the parking lot and saw the attendant come out of the truck. (not the bathroom stated in the response from Mitch).

«When I received the phone call from your husband I was stunned that he wasn’t present during your event and wanted to get a hold of him immediately to see what was going on. I wasn’t rude. I just wanted to call my attendant to get him back to the booth.»
Here is my side of the story:
Because of the tone of the conversation my husband remembers this conversation vividly. When we called the home office we identified ourselves by the party and our name (since we paid for the photo booth) the person answering the phone blew off the initial concern of the missing attendant and said that the party hasn’t started yet and he wasn’t supposed to be there till 7… we went back and forth at least twice until they realized they were incorrect (no apology given). Then when we said we haven’t seen the attendant for an extended period of time (a minimum of an hour OR since the party started is what I said on the phone) The person on the phone said in response… «How do you know? Were you even looking for him?» Yes that was in quotes because of the inappropriate tone and line of questioning… WE REMEMBER IT. The conversation ended with the person saying they were going to call the attendant… again NO APOLOGY. I asked the birthday girl if she had seen the attendant and she said «NO I havent seen him since the beginning.» Now if you look at the photobooth pictures… she was in a lot of them throughout the day… so you would think one of those times she would of noticed him. This is what made us so upset when the booth malfunctioned and the attendant was no where to be found. From the time I made the call to the time the next photobooth picture was taken was approximately 20min (not 2 minutes they state) We KNOW this because we were standing there waiting with the birthday girl. Once it was fixed I looked at my phone and mentally noted the time it took to get fixed based on the time we called the home office. The entire time the attendant was fixing the machine my husband made sure everyone was out of the way and gave him room to do his work.
NOW after the booth was fixed… my husband met with the attendant to find out what happened. My husband said he sincerely apologized (which we respect) and said he was in the truck fixing another machine. My husband stated that he was upset with this because it took calling the home office to get his attention. My husband asked the attendant why he was not next to the booth for an extended period of time and the response we received from the attendant was «I was here. but I was standing outside» The booth was located close to the door of the hall and the area he pointed to was 15 – 20 feet away. My husband asked him to remain closer and more VISIBLE for the remainder of the party. Then at of the conversation the attendant said «I need to go to the restroom… Is that OK?» Do you think a smarty pants kind of question like that is good customer service?!?
To be fair the attendant did stay an extra hour to make up for this issue.

We Sincerely do appreciate the Apology you are now giving. However we are going to decline the offer for a free photo booth rental. We appreciate the gesture and are impressed that you are offering this, but we feel its best that we decline. We are not doing this to get compensation. Also this isn’t the first you heard of it… you heard it when we called during the party. We recommend if a customer calls you upset during an event, YOU follow up to make sure everything is ok. THAT“S CUSTOMER SERVICE.
This business has received Numerous of good reviews (one of the reasons I picked it) This might have been a fluke occurrence but t… isn’t this the purpose of Unilocal to give reviews on our experiences with these businesses?

The photobooth was definitely a hit at our wedding! Everybody loved it and it looked great! We got the new «disco» booth that lights up and looked amazing at night out on the deck!
I loved how you got the photobook at the end of the night too!
The only drawback I would say, was that I was supposed to get new writing at the bottom on the strips 3 days before the wedding, but nothing was ever sent to me — not a really big deal but I did want it a little different. Also, I think the guy managing the booth should have made it more apparent for people to write messages — almost half of the photos did not have messages (this was our guest book). I don’t completely hold him responsible because I am sure there were many people that were either too drunk or just plain didn’t care.
Overall I would totally recommend them — the quality is great and there is a link for a website that you can share so everyone can view the photos. Mitch is awesome too, very responsive and helpful!
