San Diego Harley-​Davidson opened the Seaport Village boutique in 2002, so our tourist customers that couldn’t make it to our main locations could still get their fill of San Diego Harley gear while out and about the downtown convention center area.

My husband and I shopped for a bike for over 8 months… Naturally anyone would get frustrated with customers who are indecisive and what we call in the sales industry «a time-​suck»! But T-​BOAT was absolutely amazing! He went on multiple test rides with us, coached us on what we should do when it was a new vs used, treated us like family!!! I am not into pushy sales and hate being pressured. T-​boat never rushed us and made us feel like we were talking to a friend. As a buyer, when making a $ 20,000+ investment, you want to be sure it is something you LOVE. This takes time… And T-​boat knows and understands that. Lastly, my tags came in to the harley shop and this guy went out of his way through San Diego traffic to bring me my tags– TO MY HOUSE! I will never buy another bike from anyone else. Harley of San Diego and all harley stores for that matter, need more reps like him! Thanks T-​boat!

ESP or Extended Service Plan is a MUST when purchasing a Harley.
Talk to Vanessa and she will fill you in on the importance of this plan.
I’ve purchased ESP Plans on both bikes I’ve bought at SDHD Moreno and they have paid for themselves at least 4X’s over. 2011 and 2013 Road Glide Ultra.
PLUS the FREE use of a rental bike has been one of my favorite parts of ESP.
One other thing is the way your treated like Family at this dealership.

Employees don’t know how to use their equipment to activate gift cards. Management doesn’t answer their phone. Their attitude is «I can’t, go somewhere else.»

I’ve been to many Harley shops around the U.S., but I’ve never been treated anywhere near as well as I was at San Diego Harley-​Davidson. I was blown away by Aimee, Ashleigh, Christina, and Kristin. Not only did they answer all of my questions, they all treated me like a regular… And now I may become one! Thanks so much for hiring employees of this caliber!

I have been in the service business most of my life. I can not express how impressed I was with San Diego Harley. What a wonderful experience. From the salesman to the finance department they made sure I was comfortable and all were very friendly. Every person that worked at SD Harley was introduced to us, service department is like no others. You drive up «into» the building to the counter for help. I can say enough about the professionalism of the entire staff. I would never go anywhere else.

I wanted to update my previous review regarding my unpleasant experience at the Harley shop at seaport village. I received an e mail from Ty who I believe was the owner of multiple Harley Davidson dealerships in the area and he was very apologetic and extended an offer to have me go to one of two other locations in the area and he would give me a t-​shirt for my troubles. I went to the location in Little Italy and picked out a shirt and purchased a hat. Katie was friendly and helpful without knowing who I was until the point of sale. This helped restore my faith in customer service. Thank you Ty and Katie.

What a nice, clean Harley Davidson in Seaport Village. The staff was friendly and layout was easy to navigate, plus they had a good selection in the store. That made my task at hand easy: picking out two shirts to bring home to my dad. He collects the HD shirts and whenever I travel, it’s at the top of my «to-​do» list to bring him some!

I was in visiting my folks in San Diego recently for my dad’s birthday and needed to get him a present. He is a huge Harley fan so I went to the Sea Port Village location. Jennifer on of the employees was very very helpful with suggesting current merchandise seeing as I have no idea at all about HarleyDavidson history. My dad loved the gift. This is a great location for anyone shopping for a HarleyDavidson fan. Thanks Jennifer!
