I traded in a car for an upgrade at ecars. Fantastic experience. First, I shopped the Internet nationwide and their 2013SL550 was the top one or two deals anywhere. I went down and spoke with Peter, Ray, and Bob. Great guys. I told them the deal I would commit to and they said if my car was as nice as I promised, we would have a deal. I brought my car in next day and the agreed upon deal was consummated.
These are great people and the car buying experience was second to none. My new car is fantastic and Ray and Peter always take my calls as I learn how to use all the gadgets. You can’t go wrong here on price, service, and great people to do business with.

Ecars is a family own business and this is exactly how they treat you. I purchase my car from Ray and Ben a few years ago. Hands down they are 100% professional and have the best service in town. Not only did they sale me an amazing car. They still check on me from time to time and make sure everything is ok. I will send all my business to these guys, and will definitely be getting my next upgrade from them as well! A++ class act!

I had been looking at cars for a few months, it seemed that I was gonna have to settle for something that wasn’t entirely what I wanted. I am very picky and wanted a white on black 2009 bmw 335 in excellent condition, no accidents, sports package etc. I found a few vehicles! White on tan, white with accidents, white with no premium or sports package. Plus all the vehicles I saw really showed the age of the car. One morning while searching I found EXACTLY what I was looking for. The price was right (didn’t even negotiate a dollar)
They didn’t try to push anything during financing (I willingly asked for extended warranty) and I felt they genuinely were trying to get me the best deal at the best rate possible. Peter provided excellent communication skills, finance manager was very knowledgable and professional, and the owner was terrific and very friendly. I felt like I was a member of the family! As someone who has previously purchased from Carmax, big dealerships, and small dealers. I have to say this was a phenomenal experience! (Never thought I would say that about a car dealership haha) you guys are great! Keep up the good work. Mercy!

From the beginning I felt comfortable with this family ran outfit. I mainly worked with Bob, he is the owner and very knowledgable about all his (VERY MINT CONDITION) vehicles he has in stock there, not to mention great customer service. Oh ya this guy is also funny!!! He put no pressure or weird sales tactics on me which was nice. He even let me take the car for a test drive just by myself (which was very nice). I ended up going with the pearl white 2011 Infiniti G37S. After the test drive I went to finance and insurance and was greeted by Bob’s son, Ray. Again, no pressure to buy anything I didn’t want. He even tried to beat my credit unions interest rate. Classy, Ray. All in all, this is a great outfit to buy a mint condition car from. I’ll be bringing my family and friends to buy their cars here from now on, My hats off to you guys.

I was amazed at how many used cars they had to choose from. I knew we were looking for a luxury pre-​owned vehicle, but I wasn’t sure if we could afford it. They worked with us and we found a perfect BMW I never thought we could afford. It has been about 6 months now and everything has been perfect. This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a used car.

Just finished purchasing my second vehicle from E Cars. The staff treats you like family because they are family business. Their selection of vehicles is great and their cars are in excellent condition. Also gave me a great deal on my trade in. They have my business for life.

It was a great experience for me! Peter is a super friendly fella just like your bro:) No pressure at all give you all details about the cars, very professional! Ray too, very honest guy, I like the way he is working with me, they take care of all procedures well, I am so happy with my GL550, certified, super condition, I don’t even find a small scratch on rims and body around, they got a good deal and they gave me a good deal! They are bunch of amazing guys you can trust, happy holidays to you all. BTW, could I ask if my new plate is ready?:)

This was a great buying experience. No pressure and very reasonable. Peter and Ray were a pleasure to work with and were so helpful and accommodating. They took care of the minor things that needed to be done on the car and even had it delivered to me in Los Angeles. I have to give Bob and Ray 5+ stars because they are true to their word and very true honest people. My father was looking for a car to purchase for me. He said he would purchase me a car if i pass my boards. We stumbled on San Diego ECARS because i had my eyes on the ONLY Infiniti M37s available around San Diego area and Inland Empire area. We met Bob and he was just a fun and enthusiastic guy. We were just looking for a general idea what to buy, and what would be most reasonable to buy for me. Two weeks passed and I passed my boards thankfully. My dad and Bob kept in contact throughout those two weeks to keep that M37s available, and he did just that.
We drive from Riverside, CA to Miramar, San Diego because my dad kept his word for purchasing me a car. Right when we pulled up to ECARS, the M37s was waiting to be purchased. Bob gave us the complete information on the car and gave his word that he does not cheat him customers and believes in the cars that he’s trying to sell. My father and I test drove the car and instantly fell in love. One negative thing did happen, the sound did not work when i tested the radio. Thankfully Ray and Bob tried fixing but still couldn’t get the sound to work, but still wasn’t able to. At that point my father was hesitant to purchase the car because electrical and sound is completely different to fix as compared to mechanical. They gave us a good deal, Ray said they would send the car to their nearest Infiniti dealer to get the problem fixed, and personally drive the car nearest to us, to pick up the car. Bob sent us the report of the problem that was fixed, so our hesitation was definitely eliminated. We met in Riverside, signed the papers for car and it was smooth sailing after that.
I have to say, for me experiencing this type honesty and rights to customers was held absolutely to the highest with the people at San Diego ECARS. They gave us an absolutely BEAUTIFUL M37s, with no regrets. My dad and i are truly thankful for the business that was death with them.

Had a great buying experience with Ray on Bob. Both went out of there way to make me feel special and comfortable. Ray went as far as buff out the whole car as part of the deal. When I arrived and noticed a few scratch marks in the door, he immediately got his detailer to remove them as he wanted my complete satisfaction! His showroom is neat and clean and his cars are top notch! The buying experience was the BEST I have ever had and the paperwork process was fast and simple! I noticed that upon leaving that my 1^st aid kit, trunk web and touch-​up paint were not there but a quick e-​mail has Ray sending those when I receive the license plates. I would recommend anyone to check out ECARS in Miramar if they are looking to buy a car!

I’m a mechanic and I have bought and sold a lot of cars in my life. I was very impressed with the inventory they have as well as the indoor showroom. All the cars are like new and have low mileage. I purchased a 9 year old Ford F350 from them that was impeccably cared for and only had 77k miles on it. Ray made me a great deal and Bob picked me up at the airport. Ray disclosed the very slight scratch that was in one door before I flew down to pick it up, so there was no surprises when I arrived. It even had a quarter tank of diesel in it, which is quite a bit in a 38 gallon tank.

I would recommend this family run business to anyone looking to upgrade to a nicer vehicle and to get the best deal on their trade-​in. Every time I’ve come in, they are always very friendly and there is no pressure to buy. They always have a nice selection of vehicles and the showroom is very clean. I’m very happy with my new car and got about $ 1500 more trading in my old one here than I would have at another place.

I had the best experience buying my very cute 2010 mini cooper at Mini at ECARS. They are so supportive, professional and friendly. I can’t say enough how happy I am with them and how good they take care of their customers. I LOVE MY CAR! And so happy I went San Diego ECARS. Ray sends…

Be weary of buying a car at SD Ecars. I bought a BMW 3 series and later found out the bottom part of the front bumper had been patched up and repainted instead of replacing the bumper. Thus, when I hit the concrete wheel stop in the parking lot, the bumper broke very easily. Also, while at the paint shop, I was made aware about the back bumper being repainted and they help me notice the color difference. Ray at SD Ecars told me the car had never been in an accident. Ray obviously lied to my face!

me and my wife were looking for a new car for her for around 6 months. We had been through all the shady dealerships around when we found ECARS it was a very welcome change! there was zero pressure to buy, when we wanted to test drive the salesman simply gave us a plate and the key and said «tell me what you think». the 07 BMW we bought has been driving like a new car since we got it. The car was missing a couple things like and extra key, owners manual, and a plastic cover for the computer interface. But as promised they ordered and delivered all items I would highly recommend these guys. Plus it is all in door show room.

After Months of planning I finally approached Ray for a vehicle i was going to buy as a gift for my mom. He didn’t have what i was looking for in stock but informed me he could get me the Toyota Rav 4 if one came through the Auction. A week or two later i got a call from Ray and he gave me options. I decided to go with a a 2011 Toyota Rav 4 with only 40K miles on it. Ray got me a price that was amongst the lowest i saw while doing my research on
and Autotrader for similar Vehicles. A Week later I came to their dealership on Miramar rd. and the Vehicle had been serviced and detailed ready for me to pickup.
Its been a little over a month and my Mom loves it so far. Appearance and drives like new. I couldn’t be any happier with my overall experience. These guys are honest, straight forward and do their best for you. I would recommend them to everyone and will be returning to them for my future Vehicle purchases.

I’ve purchased many, many vehicles. My best experience BY FAR was with Bob and Ray of SD ECARS. They were fair, honest, professional and very, very flexible to my schedule. They met me at 2:00 AM after I drove down from San Francisco with my trade-​in and before I drove back up with my beautiful new Sprinter. They are awesome!

I have to say… I was very impressed with both Bob and Ray. They had the car I wanted (in excellent condition), it was a no-​pressure sale (they let their cars do the talking), and the negotiation process was quick and fair (Bob seems like a good guy). (And my initial test drive was a non-​issue — they didn’t even come with me, trusting me very quickly.)
During the purchase process, they were very relaxed and thorough. No issues whatsoever, and they handled all my registration issues easily.
I don’t expect to be writing any more reviews for used car places… but my experience here was good enough that I had to post. Bob/​Ray — thanks, much appreciated, very happy with my Range Rover Sport.
