I bought my office chair from Office Furniture Outlet about 4 years ago and its been great until recently when the base assembly had a problem. I wrote to the folks at OFO and they worked with the chairs manufacturer to get me a replacement part at no cost. After receiving the shipment and installing the base it is back functioning like normal again. That’s good customer service.

Office Furniture Outlet is a great place to buy used or new furniture for a great price. I worked with Mike and Paula and they were awesome. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn’t get unsold which is something that really irks me about sales people, they heard what I wanted and met my office’s needs accordingly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable and high quality solution for office furniture.

Their online catalog shows at least 6 types of chair mats of variour thicknesses. When I got there they had only a single thin mat for floors. The sales person said it would work on carpet too. NOT!

This store service sucks. The staff there has not clue what they are supposed to be doing. It took literally 1h.30 mns to have someone help with an on-​line order.

I was on my way to another business on Miramar Road when I saw their sign and pulled in to have a look. I had just begun my search for a good used table like the six foot long ones you see in most hotel conference rooms. The ones with name badges, coffee/​tea, etc. I looked at most of their pre-​owned stuff and didn’t find anything that suited me but then decided to take one last trip down the only aisle I hadn’t visited. There I found exactly what I was looking for: 6 foot long, 28 inches deep and 30 inches high, absolutely perfect at every dimension. Also out of my price range @ $ 130. I offered them $ 100 cash-​green money and they accepted. Great people to deal with tho a little pricy for used items. Still worth a look.

Ted was awesome! We were looking for a lower priced office chair for our home. He spent lots of time answering our questions and really knew his stuff. I feel a lot more educated on how the right chair adjusted the right way can keep you from fatigue, carpal tunnel, etc. He showed us a variety of chairs in our budget range and how to adjust them for the best support and comfort, and I found one that is just right for me. So glad we went here instead of blindly trying out chairs at the big box stores without knowing what to look for.

Another place that sells mostly overpriced or used furniture. Again not sure where all these great reviews are coming from. They must be from corporate or business customers which is who they’re targeting and not the average retail consumer or small office consumer.
You can find the same stuff here at any of the other office stores for much less. Nothing special and customer service leaves much to be desired.
They also don’t carry a lot of what they advertise on their website.

I’m participating in the research and design for our law firm renovation and scheduled a time to meet with the fabulous Kim. They have many types of office furniture, and offer great customization options.
Kim was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vendors and what they offer. You can tell she has experience. After meeting in store she helped me furthermore with options via e-​mail as well. I was very pleased with her customer service, and by other reviews, she’s not the only one there serving it up!

Bought 2 new desks and had them delivered today. The delivery guys were Awesome. They did a great job making sure everything was covered so nothing got scratched during the moving of them. This was not an easy install either. When they were done they wiped everything down and cleaned up. They did all this with a smile. We have used these people for years to supply our office furniture and always been happy. Its good to know there are still businesses out there taking care of customers they way they do.

Twice now, they have ordered the wrong item for me. Although their salespeople are very nice and try to make things work given that it is their error, the manager, John, is one of the rudest and most condescending people I have ever run into. He basically told me too bad, have your employee sit on the floor — we ordered the wrong piece and are not willing to help you out. NEVER order from them because if they make a mistake, it is going to be YOUR problem.

When you sit on your «hiney» for 8+ hours a day, you start to think price is not an issue, comfort is. But who doesn’t love to save money in this economy? My wife and I went to look for a used office chair and this location was just down the road.
The selection of used chairs are good and affordable. Most are what you’d see in a conference/​waiting rooms but there are plenty of office chairs to pick through.
Ted, was great in helping us out, including bringing out some new mesh chairs within our budget for us to try out. Eventually, we didn’t find what we needed here but the customer service was excellent and the showroom floor was clean and well stocked.
If we’re in the need for more office chairs, we’d come back again.

When I was in need of a new office chair a few months ago, I looked around online and saw a few chairs at this location that I was interested to check out. When I got to the store the nice salesman found me the 3 models, showed me how they worked, and then left me to sit on them and decide. There was no pressure and patiently answered all my questions.
I was able to load up the floor model so I wouldnt have to assemble the chair at home which I thought was cool.
What really impressed me was that when I asked for one of those plastic floor protectors for the chair, they gave me one for free. Since I was going to be using it on a hardwood floor, I asked if they had any without the little spikeys that are for carpet. The salesman guy said you could get those but they were more expensive, and that you could get a tool from home depot and cut off all the spikeys yourself. But then he remembered that they had the tool to do it in the back and got the tool out and shredded off all the spikeys himself! I think he even sliced his hand up a little bit. Shedding blood for the customer. That is some customer service!
A few months later I’m still happy with my chair. They had a great selection in their huge warehouse and some super high end ones that are for ballers and CEOs that were way out my price range, but were still fun to sit on and pretend.

I was recently in need of some office chairs so I searched for something that I could go and pick up locally. I found Office Furniture Outlet on Miramar Road as a great source for all kinds of bargains. They have new and used office furniture and also provide FREE space planning for your office! That is right THEY do the measuring!
I am sending all of my clients to OFO’s helpful and courteous staff from now on. However, I only needed a few ergonomic office chairs and since I was going to have to cram them into my small car, I was directed to their online store
to purchase my brand new chairs and have ‘em sent directly to me with shipping costs built in to the already low cost.
