Rafael and his team (especially Marco) did our water mitigation and most of the painting and repairs to our home. Rafael is an excellent communicator and was very clear about the process, cost and what to expect going forward. He answered all of our questions honestly, even when we didn’t love the answer. Tooraj set me up with Marco to get the carpet cleaned for my office. It was very easy getting it arranged, Marco was very punctual and did an awesome and efficient job getting the carpet cleaned. I’ll continue to use more of their services when I get some flooring done.

my rental property recently had a pipe burst and I called Restoration Solutions to do the repair. Tooraj and his crew were great! They came out and gave me a detailed quote and let me know exactly what they would be doing and the time frame. Everything was completed in a timely manner and they did a great job repairing the damaged drywall. They set up fans to make sure all the mold was removed. I would highly recommend using Restoration solutions for any home damages.

Jack was just here to give us an estimate. He is refreshingly honest, knowledgeable and has great ideas and tips what to do.

I’ve been working with Jim and Joe at RS since a leak (coming from an upstairs unit) was found in my bathroom. Jim has been very thorough and informative through the process thus far, and Joe did a superb job during the demo of my bathroom. Both guys are sympathetic to my situation, friendly/​great to work with, care about my need to keep my home as clean and neat as possible through the process, AND are very good with my dog too… which means a lot! I look forward to working with them during the rebuild, and would highly recommend them for any restoration needs.

My rental property had the very unfortunate catastrophe of a busted pipe under the house. Thankfully all damages were covered by insurance, however there was a lot of meeting contractors etc. Jim at Restoration Solutions called to schedule his piece of the repair for the drywall and paint. He was sincerely empathetic to hear about my 60 year old beautiful hardwood floors that had been destroyed. I would have wished for RS to do the entire project, however insurance pieces out each item-​remediation, drywall, paint, floors etc. If you have the option to chose, which you do, I would highly recommend having RS do everything.
One of the other contractors were supposed to do the baseboards, however, they did not tell me that somehow they were only doing the floors. So after an extra week the project was in limbo. I asked for Jim and RS to finish the work. Even though the baseboards were a small job to them they took it. I really did not want to work with the other contractor at all for even a second longer. Jim and his crew installed the baseboards and even did the touch-​up work left by the flooring contractor.
If you ever have the misfortune of needing this remedy go with RS and ask for Jim!

Jack Manata was absolutely awesome, negotiating with us, coordinating the details of our project, working several special requests, and in general, just doing an absolutely excellent job of making things happen, the way we wanted it to happen.
The project was flood restoration. We had a major leak due to a faulty pipe that burst inside of our refrigerator. One inch of water, with more pouring out the front and back doors. Disaster.
We didn’t hire RS for initial cleanup– in emergency mode, we used a company called Serv-​Pro to do initial cleanup (and they were good), pushed into that by our insurance company. Once the place was dry RS came in and got us back in shape.
The guys that do walls and texturing, moulding, baseboard and tile, were just awesome. We basically lived with them for more than a month, and really began to like them. They were professional, courteous, and generous.
Overall we couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. As painful as it was, as horrible the process was to get back to recovery, these guys made it better, and we are grateful.

I had a big water leak from my upstairs toilet while I was on vacation. Susan and her crew came out and took care of everything. All the damage was fixed and re-​built to look like new. She even dealt with the insurance adjuster for me! I couldn’t have asked for anything more! Very happy I called these guys!

I had a leak in the seal between my kitchen sink and the countertop. Jack answered the phone and we made an appointment for him to come out the next day. He did a thorough exam of the leak and related minor damage and suggested various options to remediate — including fixing it ourselves. Also, our insurance company claims person had had good experiences with Jack. Truly, appreciate Jack’s honesty. We’re going to fix ourselves, but if I ever need a restoration company, I will be calling Restoration Solutions.

We had some water damage from a leak upstairs and contacted R/​S for an estimate. Jim came out very fast and was very nice and helpful. We had the fans in the next day and soon after construction started. The crew did a great job and we are very happy with their finished work. It was a very stressful time but Jim was very professional and would answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend Jim and the team. Thanks again!

This is my second Unilocal review of Restoration Solutions. My husband and I hired RS after we sustained a flood in our home in January 2015. I will keep it simple — they are amazing and have set the bar really, really, really high for any other contractors we work with. It has been about six months since they finished work at our home. They made a very bad situation into a something great. I am dealing with a contractor now regarding an unrelated issue and they don’t know how to troubleshoot, aren’t trustworthy, and flaky. RS is the exact opposite! This recent experience got me thinking about how grateful I am that we brought on RS. Jack, the estimator, is seriously a magician. Actually he’s super wise, has tons of experience, and incredible work ethic. If you have any water or fire damage in your home call Restoration Solutions immediately. You are going to save yourself so many unwanted headaches that would come from such a daunting and invasive repair.

We discovered a leak in the ice maker hose late in the afternoon on a Friday — of course. I did due diligence and researched restoration companies and settled on Restoration Solutions. I got a person the first time I called! Susan Schultz talked me through what the overall process was in terms of getting an estimate and having the two rooms dried out. She and her dry-​out crew arrived at my house within an hour. That response set the pace for the kind of excellent service and responsiveness I received from Susan and all of the folks she sent to work on our dry-​out and repair. They did the following quality work for us: dry-​out of two rooms (kitchen and laundry porch), remove/​replace/​texturize/​paint damaged drywall, remove wood flooring, repair wood cabinet damage (including matching stain color), install tile floor, move refrigerator when replacing flooring, replace baseboards. They were very interested in our satisfaction and did things to meet our expectations, even when it involved rework. All-​in-​all the job went smoothly, the cost was very reasonable, and we are happy with the results.

I am a big fan of this company. Tooraj is very knowledgable and efficient. I use to be in the construction lending industry and worked with all types of contractors. Tooraj is honest and gets the job done. I had wood floors installed and it was completed on time and within budget. I would recommend them to my friends, family, and colleagues. I plan on using them again for my next project. 5 stars well-​deserved! Keep up the great work.

I’m currently in need of a contractor that treats mold and also repairs. I’ve just tried calling several contractors and many of them either have not answered their phones or have not called me back. I just got off the phone with «Jim» and he was extremely helpful and professional. In less than half an hour, he said he’s going to be visiting the property to provide an estimate. I’m extremely grateful for the prompt service. Will update my review once they’ve been retained and have completed service. So far, just wanted to say thank you so much for acting so quickly!

Tooraj was very helpful in navigating through a water damage repair. He would text with updates daily so that I always knew the timeline for completion. He would stop by daily to check on the results and level of completion. If anything was in questions, he would drive over to ensure that everything was being handled and executed efficiently. He also made sure that I was happy with the finished product.

Restoration Solutions is an awesome company. The owners are honest and trustworthy which is really important when dealing with your home and insurance issues. Tooraj was involved in our restoration project from beginning to end and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. We have used other restoration companies before and Restoration Solutions by far is superior to others. If it weren’t for Tooraj and company, I would have white hair right now. Restoration Solutions made a headache tolerable. Our HOA is horrible. We had to wait more than a month to get approval to fix water damage from a burst pipe upstairs (totally the plumber’s fault). In the meantime we couldn’t live in our unit. Tooraj went beyond the call of duty to get our unit fixed up. He was courteous, professional and prompt. Thank you to Restoration Solutions on an incredible job repainting and fixing water damaged walls and closets. Highly recommended if you ever have the misfortune of needing home repair.

Restoration Solutions was recommended to us by our insurance company after we had a «flood» in our condo. They came in quickly with all the help and information that we needed to get our emergency taken care of. What a relief! We called them back again for additional remodeling because we knew that they would give us a fair price and schedule us in at our convenience. Of course my water heater decided to spring a leak and flood my entire garage/​kitchen the week before my in-​laws are scheduled to come into town for vacation. I called the first company that popped up on Unilocal expecting them to be reliable but they were the exact opposite. Even though their website promised 1-​hour response, their technicians showed up 2 hours later. They weren’t very friendly either which is the least they could have done during the stressful time. I told them I needed everything dried by the following week and they assured me this could be accomplished. To my dismay the next weekned rolled around and they wouldnt even answer my calls to come pick up all the equipment they set up. I had to have my in-​laws over with fans all over the place. I was so embarassed. Thanks for nothing!!!
