Shaun is the best. A really good guy and does an amazing job with the carpet. He has been cleaning our carpets at home and at our office for sometime now. Last year, in between Christmas and New Years our dog came running in with a big clump of poop on her foot. She ran around the whole house trying to get it off. What a mess. I texted Shaun about it and he was here the next day to take care of it. He does tile and grout as well. I highly recommend

My experience with One Source Carpet Care was amazing. Shawn and his assistant showed up right on time and were very diligent with their work. My carpet looks brand new, I didn’t even want to walk on it, they are complete professional. I would recommend their services to all of my family and friends and will use them in again in the future.

Shaun went over and above for me this weekend. I called Shaun after getting his name from my friends in the neighborhood (Del Mar/​Carmel Valley) and seeing great reviews on Unilocal.Last week, he did a great job on the floors in my house and gave me some great advice on treating spots. He also took one of my large expensive area rugs to be cleaned by an outside source. While the rug was out for cleaning, Shaun maintained great communication via text. He is very responsive.
We needed the rug to be returned quickly for a graduation party. While we were at the graduation, Shaun retrieved and returned the rug. He also placed the rug where I needed it to go and reset our furniture exactly the way we wanted it. He even placed/​staged a few décor items I needed for the party and took care of the dog who was so happy to see him.
When we arrived home with our company, you couldn’t even tell he had been in the house and it was beautiful. The rug I thought needed to be replaced, looked new again, saving me lots of money.
I would call this guy again in a heart beat.

Shan did an excellent job, he was on time and very professional. Called him and next day he came with 1 other guy. Moved our furniture ass as well, which was a BIG help and very much appreciated. We had a beige microfiber sectional done along with hallway and living room. Couch looks great and carpet look new! Very glad i called him and nobody else.

One Source is GREAT! Stains were taken out of my carpet that Stanley Steemer did not get out and Shaun cleaned the carpets in a shorter time span because there was no fooling around. Definitely will recommend him!

One Source was recommended to me by my neighbor and I couldn’t be happier with their service. I have had them to clean my carpets and couch twice and everytime they do a spectacular job.
From time to time my pets have accidents on the carpet and that day he made a special spray for me to use and didnt charge me for it.

Shawn is wonderful… We used another carpet company for many years to clean the carpets in our apartments and had a couple of unfortunate incidences where we could no longer use them. This is what led us to Shawn and One Source and we have been happy ever since. He is reliable and does a fantastic job. He’s brought the customer service back into service. We now use him to clean our carpets at home. We have a newborn and he used different products on our carpets as a courtesy for our little guy. I would highly recommend him
