Best darn readers I have ever bought, including ones I had made at an optical center and the $ 75 eyebobs I bought at Nordstom. Sunglasses were cool, too. Can’t beat the price, the quality is great, and the person who helped me was super-nice and super-patient. Kudos to you!!!

NORETURNS! Bought two sunglasses. When I wore them at home for a few minutes, I realized they both had aspects I didn’t like(one was too close to my face and my eyelashes touched them when I blinked, the other one had poor light filtering so that I had to squint in the sun and also rattled when I walked fast). I went to return them, but was told they only allow exchanges(within 2 weeks). This information was never told me, and it is not written anywhere on their kiosk or on their receipt. I spoke with the manager by phone, and he would not budge. If there are no returns(not the norm), businesses should tell you this before buying, either verbally or with clear signs. Not cool! AUGUST2014UPDATE After I complained to the mall customer service, I received a call from the owner, RJ, who was nice and apologized and gave me a prompt refund. Upgraded from 1 to 2 stars. Hopefully they change their policy or make it much clearer to the customer before they purchase.

Cheap sunglasses kiosk so I went crazy and bought 8 of them between my friend and I. One of the sunglasses lens popped out the first time I wore them and when I went back to the kiosk the owner would not let me exchange them because I didn’t have the receipt because my friend purchased them and knowing this he would still not honor an exchange! Yes they were cheap only $ 8 but not if you can only wear them one time before falling apart. The owner probably buys these sunglasses for $ 1 each and was still unwilling to make a customer happy by exchanging defective/cheap sunglasses especially after buying 8 pairs! Horrible customer service!
