He wasn’t rude, but he sold me a glass screen protector for my iPhone 6 Plus that was built for an iPhone 6, so the glass doesn’t quite cover the entire screen. He said that because of the curved edges of the phone it was impossible to cover the entire screen… But I’ve had another glass protector that covered the entire 6+ screen. Of course this was after it was installed on my phone and he wouldn’t refund my $ 40. Save yourself a boatload of money and go to Amazon and buy a 6+ screen protector for $ 8 and install it yourself.

Nitzan was very nice, approachable, and a great salesperson. If you can look passed all of the schmoozing(I was greeted with a ‘Hi! How are you?’ followed by a ‘Yes, you are very fine, I can see that,’ which was highly implausible, considering I was not dressed to impress ATALL and my physical appearance isn’t deserving of such a high compliment. Just saying.) and hard selling of other products(i.e. wireless Bluetooth headphones. They were light and sleek, but I had no use for them because I already had the Beats brand), you can get some quality products at a good deal. I bought a black, faux leather wristlet wallet for my iPhone 6 and a good sheet protector for about $ 100. The screen protector was ultra-thin and did not hinder my phone’s touch-sensitivity, was highly protective from scratches and shattering(he demonstrated by banging something really hard against his own iPhone) and it came with a life-time warranty supposedly. I thought the wristlet wallet would be cheaply made, until I took it out of its packaging for further examination. It had slots for my ID, a few credit cards, and cash. The right side consisted of a magnetic case that I could easily attach to the wallet or detach, if I wanted to carry my iPhone by itself. Nitzan showed it’s functionality by using the wallet to stand the phone on its side and then removed my iPhone, explaining that I can stick the case to any magnetic surface. I tried the latter, when I reached home, by sticking it to my refrigerator. Hey, it worked! I plan on doing that in the future to play music in the kitchen, while I’m cooking.

These guys are HORRIBLE!!! I was given a pair of Blue Tooth Headphones for Christmas, the receipt was for $ 161. The immediately said we can’t take them back it’s past 7 days… also they were opened, we don’t take back open products. How do I know if I like them unless I open them? It was a Christmas gift, so yes, it’s past 7 days… NO…We don’t take back after 7 days or open. No. AVOIDTHEMATALLCOSTS

If there were negative stars I would rate –4. I approached the kiosk next door and the guy from I play N Talk kept coughing and ehhemming and going so far as to interrupt me with the other vendor and say«I have case too.» I finally confronted him and asked him not to be rude and he insisted I look at the cases there; harassment more than hard-sales pitch. Spent my $ 40 on the competition with amazing service AND lodged a full complaint with UTC management. He continued to interrupt my conversation with the other vendor. Apparently his predecessor even got in a physical altercation with a nearby vendor. Sad considering UTC’s great kiosk vendor service overall.

No customer service. Will not refund money after three days even with receipt. Excuses and stalling techniques are their ethos. Stay away from these frauds.
