I had the best experience of my personal banking career when the friendly and professional Ms. Flores assisted me with opening my checking account. I was expecting a dull and tiresome wait, for the next available customer service rep to just turn me away and deny my application. On the contrary I not only had a painless experience as I successfully obtained a new checking account, but had a great time thruout the process which I attribute to the team of professional bankers and staff that all seemed to be following the lead of Stephanie Flores who made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I knew it was the new home for my banking needs the minute I walked into the building. I was treated like a VIP and while I waited a total of 2 minutes to be seen, I discussed with Zack wether or not I would enjoy ice or no ice 8n the water he would soon be serving me. If you are like me and thought a courteous and professional team of diverse individuals with a desire to serve and protect as well as hold and overlook your assets was only a dream, then consider this the pinch that urges you to get over to Mission Credit Union and ask for Stephanie, she has been there for 5 years hopefully will be there another 5, so I can sleep at night knowing that nothing bad is going to happen on her watch.

The person saying they would take my information and someone look into the matter and a week later still no word from anyone at mission. What a great mission fed moment this is. The true moment when they let you down over and over again.

Being a member of mission federal for 35 years I recommended a home equity line of credit to my friend after researching for several weeks. After my experience with Mission Federal I would never recommend Mission Federal to my enemy. They misled me saying my friend would qualify for a 3.99 interest but never told me that my friend needed a 720 FICA score to get that rate. After 2 ½ months they said my friend qualified for a 5 percent equity line but not the 3.99 percent. Very misleading and unprofessional. I would never recommend this credit union and I am moving my account to another bank. next time mission federal be upfront with your criteria for qualifying for your best rate.

Stephanie Flores! She gladly worked with me via email and made it convenient when I came to sign my docs! Originally was with Michelle but I guess she didn’t want to help me with my banking and got handed to Stephanie. That’s fine. Stephanie is genuine, always smiling and gets the job done! This is my «home» branch and I’m glad that it is! Stephanie is a gem and needs to be recognized for her hard work :) Great job for making me feel like a valued member!

It’s a great credit union. The costumer service is great. The only problem I have is with the ATM. This is the second time I deposit money through it and it says I don’t deposit any money. So I had to go inside and get it all sorted out.

Although the team was understaffed this day, they still managed to be friendly and helpful. I’d have to say the customer service when I opened my new account with MF was great! Jose, the assistant manager, helped open my account and he was very friendly and professional. I felt very welcomed and comfortable, looking forward to building a long-​term membership with MF. Thank you!

I’m super lucky to have this location so close to my home. Everyone at this branch has been genuinely kind and always helpful. Both Patricia and Jose in particular have taken the extra time to make sure any issues I’ve had were cleared up quickly and informatively. I love this branch!

Really nice inside, drive up ATM, walk up ATM, well lit. Nice new place. The tellers are really friendly, but transactions seem to take a long time sometimes.
I would definitely apply for another car loan or personal loan cause their rates are good and their loan officers are friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable.
