While there is a teller or two here that are awesome, and one manager. The bad apples ruin the whole pie in this establishment. If three managers offer no help then one solves the problem with efficiency it tells me the majority are incompetent. Not a good feeling considering these are the people handling my money.

This is for the branch inside the Albertson’s. After having very poor service at the outside one, the building one. I thought screw this I’m going into the Albertson’s. well I’m so glad I did. The customer service is a whole different story in this one. The staff is very professional, they greeted me and took care of what I needed. I was very happy with the notary service provided by Sandra. She’s a very nice person, very professional. Now that is what I call good customer service.
Just to make sure it’s clear, I am definitely talking about the Wells Fargo branch inside the Albertson’s.

Went into this branch the other day and I was definitely impressed. The line moved quickly and the teller (Susanna?) that helped me out was helpful. The service manager (Roxanne?) had to come over for an override at some point but was very quick and super conversational. I dread most banks but this location was great.

I have a sneaking suspicion that the reviews for the Wells Fargo at 7090 Broadway are actually for this location. The 7090 Broadway Wells Fargo is actually the one inside Albertsons, for all of you who can’t properly read a map. This Wells Fargo is its own building in the parking lot next to Albertsons. It’s always crowded, regardless of what time you go. I feel like the small interior makes it seem more claustrophobic and crowded than it is. Many of the employees don’t seem very approachable either, though there are a few who have made a point to be friendly. Not my favorite branch but sometimes you can’t avoid it.
