Do not go there for alignment. They sometimes charge $ 80 sometimes $ 40. Its not reliable as well. They say «90 days warranty» but i needed to change tires in 2 months because of alignment.

Excellent service highly recommend. explained and showed me in great detail the problem. Finished in a timely manner, and great conversation with Cesar Jimenez which made the time go by faster. Anytime my whip need work I am definitely coming back here.

I’ve been coming to Midas on convoy for at least 2 years now. They are excellent on price and quality of service. I’ve had mechanics quote me $ 100+ for jobs that Midas easily did for less. And the work has always been fantastic. It’s better to make an appointment and expect to wait 30 – 45 min for an oil change+ tire rotation. But the wait is worth it! I’ve been to other oil change locations and my car would smell like burning oil or they would forget to screw back down my engine cover. Never happens with Midas. The guys who work here are trustworthy and know what they’re doing. I moved an hour away and will still bring my car to them when I make a commute to San Diego. ⁵⁄₅ for these great workers!

Do not go here! I went in for a conventional oil change which is advertised as including a vacuuming and a tire rotation and balancing. The dipshit «servicing» my vehicle decided to omit the tire servicing and vaccuuming. After asking the front desk guy about the rest of the service, the lazy technician pulled the car back in and finished the rest of the service. Beware of the deceitful and lazy practices of this place when deciding where to service your car.

So glad I decided to get a second estimate and come here! Almost 200 dollars cheaper then the first place I went to. Walked in and was helped immediately! Great customer service! Cesar was awesome! As I sat there waiting I even seen Cesar go out of his way to help an elderly man with the front door all while still leaving him with his dignity! Clean, friendly, and I was shocked how fast I was in and out of there! Will definitely be coming back AND be referring family and friends!

It is obviously one of the best MERCEDES servicing centers which have been going on for a long time. The mechanics are superb for their specific work they are handy task fully top notch. They are honest and their servicing car has longer lasting too and reasonable charges.

Came in on a Sunday morning and refiners outstanding service from Jerry and Armando. In an out in 30 minutes. They were extremely knowledgable and above all courteous. Great first impression and positive representation of the Midas brand. I will be a repeat customer.

I have been a very happy customer of this Midas location since 2008. They had taken such good care of my 99 Toyota Tacoma. If Feb 2015 my engine light came on the the truck started sputtering. Midas did a diagnostics test and sent me home in tears with an estimate on a new engine. I am not a mechanic, I know nothing about engines but a man at my church lifted the hood and the plug wires were corroded and disconnected. He replaced the plugs and wires and the truck drives like new. I went to Midas and demanded my money back which I got but a lot of time lost.
It is time for me to sell the Truck after 15 yrs. It has been and still is a good truck. I ran a CARFAX and found that Midas had reported 20,000 miles more then the tuck has NOW back in February. I also did something stupid and gave them another chance with my newly acquired vehicle. Midas did some work in the Dashboard for the A/​C and all of the lights were coming on and the fuel gauge swings back and forth while driving. I have taken it back once and left it for a day and the issue was not fixed. The manager wants me to leave it for another day and I think this is quite enough. I don’t have this much free time.
The misreading on CARFAX is a problem and will take some time for me to get corrected. The manager at Midas on Coinvoy told me this is no big deal and wont cause me any problems. So far it looks like it may cost me $ 5K. I sent a message to Midas Corporate office in hoping to talk to someone higher because this is so sad for a shop that has been excellent for years.
What happened in Jan 2015 at this location? Why such a terrible mess?

I bought new tires and rims next door at San Diego Tires & Rims and they told me I could get my alignment discounted if I went to Midas. I did so. The price was fair. The wait time was pretty long, over 2 hours. I drove my car for about 2 weeks and it’s been pulling to the right all the time. I made an apt and went early so they could finish early, that didn’t happen. Once my appointment time came, my car was done within 25 min. Service is ok. Wait time is a little too long for my liking. Prices are fair.

I initially contacted Tony of Midas for a simple oil change on a European car, as I was getting tired of paying an arm and a leg for taking it to the dealer. He assured me that they could do just as great a job, if not more for a fraction of what I’ve been paying at the dealers. I just don’t get the free car wash, but then again, I’m sure the car wash is already tacked on to the price at the dealers. Plus, the wash the dealers give you is quick and basic. I often take my car in without an appt as often times I’m out of town on short notice. So yes, I do the walk-​in thing and do the wait, but I don’t mind since Costco is walking distance, along with restaurants and other shops. Needless to say, I can’t thank Tony, Jerry and the rest of the guys enough for always taking care of my car. I typically purchase my own synthetic oil, filter and bring to them to take care of the rest.

What a great experience. This was my first time going here. I got a coupon from the grocery store and checked it out online. Made my appointment on line and got another coupon that included a tire rotation. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted by a technician. Gathered my info and collected my keys. I was told what service was recommended due to mileage and given my option… no high pressure sales which I very much appreciated. In under a hour everything was completed and Jerry went over everything done and got me all taken care of. I highly recommend Jerry and his team at Midas for regular oil changes & tire rotations!

I like this Midas. Tony the guy that works up front is always very nice. I’ve been here before with a different car. I called ahead of time and asked if I needed an appointment and he said they were booked. But then he said I could bring it in it would just be an hour wait. I told him I didn’t mind waiting. I parked in the speedy oil change spot. Gave Tony my keys and my coupon. 21.99. Pretty good deal. They check everything. And top off your fluids. He said if an appointment doesn’t show I would be bumped up. I went across the street to have a bite to eat while I waited. When I returned my car was done. He gave me my paperwork and a five dollar coupon for next time. I paid and that was it. He told me everything looked good. I will always come here for my oil changes. Everyone is always very nice.

Great service to begin with until I got in my car the next day and realized 2 items are missing. First item $ 13.00 flashlight and a $ 5.00 bottle of window caulking. I sent an email reporting the items and still no reply. I contacted the Superior named Tony and he assured me that none of his employees are theifs.
Wow… that’s amazing, they must have the most honest employees in the world. Tony reassured me he’d go over the security cameras, but the cameras don’t show what’s going on in my truck.
I know less them $ 20 is not much, but it still sucks to get taken.
