Dr. Hilari is amazing! I was very reluctant to try chiropractic but after being referred to her by many sources, and being in a lot of pain, I paid her a visit. I now go on a regular basis to help me get to get to a healthier place. The irony is I went for my shoulder and now my neck, sinuses, and back feel better. I am also more able to do stretching exercises that were a challenge before. She is a wonderful, warm, welcoming person who inspires you to be healthy and be your best! Highly recommend.

Hillari has been a miracle ever since I walked into her practice! Similar to Karen’s review I wasn’t a strong believer in Chiropractic but having gone through extreme pain in my back and recovering from almost zero mobility back to 100% has completely changed my opinion!
My wife and I know Hillari for a couple of years and my first health issue that I trusted her with was related to sever elbow pain. She used several methods and techniques over various sessions resulting in my full recovery. I’m happy to say that I enjoy playing my favorite sport tennis again thanks to Hillari! What amazes me most is Hillari’s sophisticated and holistic approach when she sees a patient. Within in minutes she can analyze very precise the root cause and apply her best practice to get the results that anyone would hope for.
I consider myself an overall health conscious guy, exercise regularly, no overweight, balanced diet thanks to the wonderful cooking skills of my wife. Unfortunately I have problems with my back (s-​shaped spine) and just before Christmas I happened to really heard my back by doing yard work to the degree of not being able to get up «at All» with very sharp pain in my lower back (spasms attack). I’m still in disbelieve that I did not have to go through any kind of back surgery. My only thought was to call Dr. Hillari to get me somehow out of this misery. Sure enough Hillari did a first assessment but unfortunately I was too much in pain for correcting my back. That is when I realized how valuable Hillari’s years of experience and her holistic approach is for my painful situation. She applied some methods to ease the pain and blockage in my upper back, used low pressure technique on my lower back and sent me home with the optimism that I will have enough mobility to come back the next day for further treatments that were focused on the root of my lower back issues. The next morning I woke up and had recovered ~ 80% of my mobility and after a couple of more sessions I’m now back to fully enjoy sports and playing with our kids as nothing happened.
I also like Dana who is always very kind, professional and friendly when calling for appointments.

my husband and I have been going to mission beach chiropractic for several years now and could honestly say that we have never been to a better chiropractor than Dr. Hillari H. She cares about her patients’ needs and uses all of the state of the art techniques needed to take the best care of her patients.
I was over trained with my running. as a result, my hamstring was overworked which in turn pulled on my lower back and eventually causing pain to my sciatic nerve due to the impact. I was limping and walking crooked. however after visiting Dr. H. a few times a week for two months, she was able to cure me. She relieved my pain from my back, legs and eventually took care of the pain for me. I’m now back to my usual training routine and continuously seeing her from time to time for future prevention. my husband experienced from back to elbow injuries and so far only Dr. H. has the magic touch who could help him getting back to normal. We appreciate Dr H. very much as she helps us living a pain free lives.
Choosing for a chiropractor can get a little complicated and frustrating because there’s so many to choose from. I have referred everyone I know to her and always get the best feedback. Don’t keep searching for a chiropractor. Go see Dr. Hillari at Mission Beach Chiropractic and you will be so happy you did!
Her staff is also amazing, helpful, friendly and accommodating. I love the office with a serene and genuine atmosphere. Definitely good vibes!

Phenomenal chiro! Positive energy flowing through this little gem and through her hands. She’s great at what she does and it’s very apparent. We recently relocated from miami beach for 3 months and this is def my go to chiro while in beautiful San Diego! Highly recommended.
