Watch out for these gals when looking for a good management firm. They call and ask for a vendor to come and help then don’t want to pay the bill. Those poor tenants! We literally had to stand and wait there to be given phone number after phone number to send the bill so we could be paid. Thats seems really inconvenient for a tenant, why if they have been around for years do they not have vendors on contract? Why if you own a plumbing company are you calling plumbers? Something doesn’t seem right, and definitely not fair. As a homeowner with multiple properties I insist, attitude is everything!

Everyone who worked with me with my lease and apartment needs at Management Solutions were professional and prompt. I appreciated all of their help. Not only were they friendly, but they were always available and always returned calls or emails in a timely fashion.

I’ve used Management Solutions as a renter when they were the leasing company and as a first time home buyer I used them as my agent.
As a renter they were probably the most professional company I’ve dealt with. They were friendly and whenever an issue came up it was addressed immediately and serviced very quickly, whether it was a small or large job. You can communicate with them via phone or email, nearly 7 days a week. Robin and Amy provided great customer service.
I decided to trust them as my agent for my first time buying a home. Amy and Robin worked together as a team. Amy was patient and friendly in showing us 20+ homes as we decided on what we wanted. When it came time for negotiations she aggressively worked on our behalf and we were able to purchase the home we wanted on our very first offer, despite the conditions leaning towards seller’s market. Amy also helped us negotiate additional credits and repairs during the closing which really helped make our first home buying experience an easy process.
I would highly recommend Management Solutions as a property management company or buying/​selling agent.

I have been renting from Management Solutions for over two years, and they are wonderful. Management solutions consists of Robin and Amy and their two kind and trustworthy real estate agents. Robin always goes out of her way to get things done in a speedy matter.
They are loyal to their clients and always very friendly!

Cannot even give them one star for how rude these people are. Good luck getting help if you need it and nice fake reviews that they have.

First off, I am not one to write reviews. Period. Upset or happy, I really do not take the time to write reviews but because of my experience with Robin, I really wanted to make sure that others that come across Management Solutions reads my review and chooses to work with them.
I am a current tenant of Management Solutions and I have had a wonderful experience working with Robin and Yamel. I have worked closer with Robin as she was my first contact after finding the place. Robin has been professional, fair and easy to get in touch with when needed.
Even the maintenance staff which are contracted with Management Solutions are awesome! They are responsive, professional, friendly and efficient. Any issues (they have been minor) have been answered quickly and been done correctly the first time around.
I highly recommend renting from or working with Management Solutions.

The two owners, Yamel and Robin are extremely friendly and professional, and courteous to deal with. We’ve needed a couple of maintenance visits on our house and have had contractors at the house within a couple of hours (at the most) of putting in the call.
From a renter’s point of view, I can’t say enough about what a pleasant experience it is working with them.
