I decide to created Maids In San Diego in 2010 because I was unemployed that year and I was looking for something to make me grow as a person and make me responsible for others needs, and I realize to start a business it’s a good idea! :-) so now I’m here happy to help you out to make your life easier, you take care your business and family and we will take care your place clean and fresh. After breaking my foot and rendering myself useless, I needed to hire a maid service to clean the apartment I was moving out of. Maids in San Diego did a fabulous job! They spent a lot of time at my place and were very thorough. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for a deep clean.

So, here’s the thing: They did a good job cleaning, but … they called me five hours into cleaning my apartment to tell me that it was going to cost $ 50 more than they had quoted – even though they specifically told me when I made the reservation that there was no time limit and that they leave when the job is done. And it’s not like I had a choice at that point.
And good as the cleaning was, I’m not sure how it could have taken 12 man hours to clean a 1,000-square-foot apartment.

I can’t imagine better home cleaning service. This was the first time I’ve used this service and found it right here in Unilocal.Maria runs the company and was courteous and professional on the phone. Billing was handled entirely online and was accurate and fast. Most important, the cleaning job was extraordinary. The crew (two young, energetic, courteous, friendly, attractive young women speaking perfect English) jumped right into the job taking the stove apart and scrubbing every part inside and out. They cleaned baseboards, blinds, refrigerator, shower floors, which were stained, everything we requested beyond expectations. They could have gotten away with a lighter job, but they went the extra mile and we are more than pleased. We will definitely have them back on a regular basis from now on.

These ladies were awesome! I’ve had many cleaning companies charge for a certain amount of time and then underestimated how long it would take. These ladies stayed as long as it took and I was extremely impressed. I keep finding areas in my house thinking «they even cleaned this?!?» Can’t wait for next time.

We are pregnant with full time jobs and cleaning from the ground up has been a chore, not only does Maidsinsandiego make this experience easy they are courteous and professional. Their prices are very affordable — but you get what you pay for.
I’m not sure if we were asking too much, or if more time was needed, or if the maid was just negligent — probably just a mix of all three.
We left a clear and detailed list of to-​do items. The maid completed about 60% of the tasks requested.
The portion which was completed, was decent, not great, but decent.
All the same, you have one job, just one — clean, and clean well.
What was Most aggravating is we left a Very healthy Tip — intended to ensure that the job was well done and establish this company as a permanent solution for our residential cleaning needs.
I’ll leave the door open and chalk it up to an outlier experience — maybe use them again and ask for more time.

You want to talk about AWESOME service! So here is how it went down, I mistakenly scheduled these ladies for a day later than I actually needed them and realized it the morning of. I called Maria and asked if there was any way she could come that day… on a few hours notice and she made it happen! They showed up with a poinsettia plant as a gift for the holidays and got right to work, they did things that i did not expect them to do and cleaned every inch of my house. They went above and beyond the service I expected and I would recommend them to anyone who needs cleaning services. My house is so clean that I am afraid to walk around it or touch anything because I don’t want to mess it up! Awesome. 5 Stars. I will be calling Maria and her team again! Cheers!

Wow. 5hrs of work for $ 165. Our house is CLEAN! I really can’t describe the cumulative effect their work has had on our place. Some things looked strange because I’d never seen them so clean. Their rate is based on square footage, and trust me, they check you out on
or somewhere. We had come up with an estimate, but they countered an exact number that was very close. They even did some dishes we had left in the sink, and our laundry. We keep our house pretty neat, but we had company coming and no time to do a full house scrub. We will definitely use them again when moving out.

I highly recommend Maids in San Diego. They do a great job — especially with the deep cleaning! They bring their own supplies which is super helpful and are very professional. We had a large place with a TON of traffic so things got pretty messy. We did an initial deep clean and then monthly cleanings and I can’t even tell you about the amazing difference it has made! Maria is great with communicating — she always gets back to you in a timely manner! The ladies who clean do a great job and if anything is missed or if something needs a little extra effort — they are more than open to feedback! I have a pretty small place right now but if I ever need an occasional deep clean — they will be my first call!

I hired MSD on short notice (12 hours) for a deep clean. They showed up with a crew of six people and spent all day — and I mean all day — cleaning a 3000 square foot house that had just undergone a major renovation. Before they arrived, there was dust everywhere. It looked like someone had sprinkled powdered sugar… everywhere. These guys dusted, vacuumed, wiped, mopped, and scrubbed until the place looked UNBELIEVABLE. Smelled great, too. Save yourself some time. Stop looking. Stop calling, texting, and emailing. Just contact Maria and rest assured the job will be done first class. Amazing.

Great on floors… horrible on windows. Will NOT hire again. They also sent me a bill saying I was over 2 weeks late, when, in fact, I paid them cash with a tip before they even left the house. Again, I WILL NOT hire maids of San Diego ever again.

I have used Maids in San Diego twice so far — to clean the corporate housing we were staying in right after we moved here and then to deep clean our new condo after we moved in. I highly recommend these ladies, especially Julyanna, Liliana and Luz. They work around my Italian Greyhound and pay attention to detail. Every surface is clean, even the drawers are organized!
When I return to my clean home I feel so relaxed and at peace. Thanks, ladies!
