Never even got to meet the Dr. Mafong because he doesnt have and email address. I forgot the insurance card and they only have a fax and since my husband didnt have a fax near him he couldnt send a copy of the card, could of easly done it throw email but they dont have an email… Staff was very unhelpful and they seem pretty disinterested in helping me. So off to find a skin care provider that is more in touch with todays technology and a more professional staff.

Dr. Mafong was great for the first two visits. Third visit, he was rude and did not complete the examination I had requested. I have never been treated with such disrespect. And the billing department had the audacity to try to keep my copay. After much wrangling and time, the copay was refunded.

Dr. Mafong and his staff were amazing! The staff was professional, courteous and very friendly. Dr. Mafong was very knowledgable, patient and understanding. He addressed each of my concerns, educated me on my medical issue and gave me a clear diagnosis. My procedure went very smooth and I saw excellent results within a couple of days. I’m recommending him to all my family and friends!
