Maegan rocks! She’s so awesome. She’s very knowledgable about hair color and in touch with today’s hair styles. She’s been doing my hair for years now and I would highly recommend her. She is able to get my blonde hair very platinum which most hair stylists are not able to do. Go see Maegan for a rockin’ do!

Let me start this off by saying I used to HATE getting my haircut. I felt like every little strand cut off was a piece of life that I was losing and I dreaded it. It was anxiety central… that is until I found Maegan. I absolutely adore her! Here’s why:
1. Attention to detail. Have you ever had it when you have gone to a stylist and you are like PLEASE JUST A TRIM and then they take off more than you told them to and you walk out looking like a different person? Well, that will never happen with Maegan. EVER. She has such an eye for detail and will give you exactly what you want. You don’t have to sit there worrying the entire time about how much hair is being cut off of your head and if you are going to get a surprise at the end. Want loose wavy curls or a bombshell blowout? Just tell her and she will make it happen. She is the hair whisperer straight up.
2. Superior customer service/​services offered. Booking is fast, easy and convenient with her website or through texting her. She has never had to cancel, reschedule or even ran late with an appointment. I originally went to Maegan almost 4 years ago looking to get extensions. She took so much time with my hair to color it properly, cut it correctly, and style it. It looked amazing. It’s hard to find a great stylist who can provide the types of extensions I need as I have very thin hair. It’s a hot mess. She matched me perfectly to a great brand and I have been using them ever since. It looks perfectly natural and I get compliments all the time. And personally, I believe that for the quality of services that she offers the prices are very reasonable.
3. Personality. I don’t know about you, but when I go to my stylist I want to vent and let off some steam. It’s like a gossip workout? Megan has an amazing personality and is such a good listener. She’s easy to get along with and isn’t one of those awkward stylists that doesn’t have much to say. I don’t think there has ever been a quiet moment when I have been getting my hair done. Plus. there’s wine.
So, overall, I went from dreading going to the salon to looking forward to it. I really couldn’t ask for a better stylist or even overall person to have in my life. She’s good people. I am very lucky to have found her! Thanks Maegs!

When I moved to San Diego almost four years ago, I wasted so much time looking for a new hairdresser that really understood not only what I wanted, but what I needed. Especially given that I’m a perfectionist who expects top quality work and service.
I was initially referred by a friend to Robert Cromeans Salon. I looked on the website and after seeing Maegan’s profile, I knew she was exactly what I’d been looking for. When I called to set an appointment, without even mentioning Maegan, the receptionist actually suggested pairing me with her!
I first came in with really damaged had after a previous stylist had burned my scalp and caused a large amount of my hair to fall out. She has worked to bring my hair back to life, while also making every experience fun and exciting.
Her cuts weren’t something I was used to having grown up in Texas weather and culture, but she’s really expanded my hair’s potential. She’s also taught me simple techniques to bring out the best in my hair in ways that I can actually easily implement. In addition, her color is always on point. Maegan’s head and shoulder massages are luxurious and one of my favorite parts. And with her extensive experience, she’s introduced me to a ton of great new products.
I even come in for my hair more often because of how much I enjoy engaging with her and how fantastic I feel after every visit. I recently followed Maegan to Park Salon in the awesome, funky neighborhood of University Heights. I recommend her to anyone and everyone. She has been such a blessing and I’m ecstatic to continue to develop my hair with her!

Maegan really is hands down the best. She’s an artist when it comes to hair. I’ve been going to her for about 4 years now… and if she ever leaves San Diego I’ll have to move with her because I can’t imagine my hair without her. She’s extremely experienced and beyond talented. She’s an expert with color, cuts, styling and makeup. She did the makeup and hair for my wedding… including all of my bridesmaids and everyone looked stunning. If I bring in a picture for inspiration (cut or color) she makes it a reality… and if I bring in something really outlandish, she’s not afraid to give me her opinion. I recently just cut my hair short and went really blonde and I literally have people stop me and ask me who does my hair. My mother who lives in Alaska and my sister in Seattle book appointments with Maegan every time they’re in town… and it’s because she pays attention to detail and is really good at what she does. I always feel like I’m in the best hands with Maegan… not to mention she’s a wonderful person with the kindest heart! I just adore her and look forward to the pampering she gives me when I’m in her chair. (which includes a super relaxing head massage during shampoo). I recommend Magen to everyone!

Maegan is an amazing stylist! She created a fantastic salon experience, she’s easy to talk to, and makes the whole appointment comfortable and enjoyable.
As a guy, it’s hard for me to describe the hair style I want, Maegan was able to translate what I said into a great look.
The salon was clean and I enjoyed a French press coffee during my appointment. The shampoo was a great scalp massage, and I left styled and confident.
