Maybe it was an off day but this food was really bad… The carne asade was almost burnt and had zero flavor, the shrimp tacos weren’t great either and the chip where really stale. Sorry guys I think you need to work on your food, presentation and the cleanliness of your truck.
PS I am no foodie but I do appreciate when people take pride in their food…

Great Taco truck! I had Tamarindo Salmon tacos. Good sized piece of grilled salmon, corn salsa, avocado. Really fresh and tasty. Friendly service too.
