My experience with Tatyana was nothing short of amazing. I came to her during a very stressful part of my life looking for consultation. During the initial consultation, Tatyana called in her partner, Mr. Behar, to help clarify a few fine details. Mr. Behar was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I was recommended her service by my friends who she had helped to get the USA status. Before Tatiana I had addressed to many lawyers’ offices and had been told that I had no chances. I’ve never had the worst customer service than what I just experience today from their receptionist! Not helpful whatsoever and after supplying the scenario in which help was needed was informed that the lawyers were very busy and if I would like, I could leave my information and they might be able to get back to me. Both Tatyana and Giacomo helped us on the Permanent Residency case. It was not an easy one as it required lots of extra-​steps and lot more supporting documents. They really did a through job and worked hard and in an innovative ways. So I really would recommend Tatyana to you. I think her fee is probably above average but considering their style of team work and giving personal attention, it is worth it. Best is to spell out the complete fee agreement ahead and inquire all the possible scenarios and that way you would know how much it would cost. Nevertheless, they are probably the best lawyers in immigration field i have come across and I have dealt a few ones for sure. Very friendly, open and accessible.

I had a stressful and incompetent experience working with Tatyana A. Edwards-​Behar and her assistant, Valerie. Right from the initial consultation, my credit card was blocked because the legal assistant attempted to charge my card with a wrong security code, twice. When I clearly told her the code 5 minutes earlier on the phone. I also wasn’t informed of extra charges that come with a card payment. After we verbally agreed on the terms during the consultation, there were delays and uncertainty in communication of what we need to get ready and when. No templates or TO-​DO check lists were provided per my requests. It felt like a hustle to get anything done on their end, as they were acting too busy. Another major inconvenience is that there is no direct contact with the attorney, the only phone and e-​mail provided go to the legal assistant, which takes a long time to respond. The attorney ONLY calls you from a Blocked Number with no way of calling her back directly. I had a situation when I was meeting the attorney and it was difficult to coordinate anything because all the communication was happening through the middle man. Finally, when we got the ball rolling and fee agreement was sent to us, none of the initial terms we agreed upon during the consultation were reflected in it. When I attempted to remind the attorney about them, the case was dropped. How may I trust an attorney who doesn’t keep her word?
I was happy that things actually worked out that way. The weight was lifted off my shoulders. Since then, I’ve found a prompt and honest attorney who provides excellent free consultation and doesn’t charge extra for attending adjustment of status interview. More work and collaboration has been done in 2 days than I received from Behar counsel in the entire time working with them.
Overall experience with Behar counsel was less than pleasant, the services are overpriced and overrated. I recommend finding another trustworthy attorney whom you may work with directly.
