History

Established in 2010.

At age 31, Pajman Jassim decided the best way to serve clients and practice law was to start his own firm, Jassim & Associates, APC. This would allow him the discretion to help any client he wanted in a manner that served the client, not just the bottom line. Although he had great relationships with numerous clients at the firm where he was practicing, he decided not to take those clients with him, as he felt that would be unfair to his then employer. So, when he started he essentially had no clients, and no employees. However, he slowly began building up the business and a client base. Success in his first few cases led to referrals to many others. Now, six years later, Pajman has expanded the company by adding a paralegal and an administrator, and has helped hundreds of clients attain justice and legal victories.

Pajman Jassim is an award-​winning trial attorney and founder of San Diego-​based Jassim & Associates, an Avvo-​rated, boutique law firm focusing on litigation and trial practice. He represents clients in a full range of matters, including personal injury cases, real estate matters, complex construction disputes and other litigation matters. Jassim & Associates has successfully tried, arbitrated, mediated and settled many significant cases throughout California.

Jassim attended the University of California, Berkeley, where he earned an undergraduate degree in Economics in 2000, and received his legal education at the University of San Diego School of Law, graduating in 2003.

Jassim is Avvo-​rated at the top score of 10.0. He was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2015 and 2016, and serves on the 2016 Consumer Attorneys of San Diego Board of Directors. He was also selected as one of San Diego’s Best Attorneys 2015 by San Diego Metro magazine.
