Long story short, my girlfriend got into a little accident and it wasn’t her fault and so I wanted to see what her legal options were. Sarah gave me her professional opinion on what I should do and was extremely patient in answering all of my questions.

I was involved in a four car accident, hit from behind and pushed into another, who was pushed into another car… Slowly but surely I had realized sustained injuries and wasn’t sure what to do because the other parties insurance wouldn’t get back to me, so I called John Phillips who assisted me several years ago in another accident. Alecia Gordon was assigned to assist me.

Attorney Sarah Havens at Phillips & Pelly is a rock star and I highly recommend retaining her services for your personal injury case.
Admittedly, I was skeptical at first about retaining a lawyer for my case, thinking that I would net more given that I thought my case was straight forward. That lasted until my first conversation with the responsible party’s insurance adjuster — pure scum of the earth that discounted my injuries and made a ridiculously low settlement offer.
Enter Attorney Sara Havens — she responded swiftly in filing my case in a short time frame and walked me through the process and what to expect. She was incredibly diligent in keeping me updated on progress every week or two. Her negotiating skills were truly impressive, first with the responsible party’s insurance company to get me a higher settlement, and secondly with my insurance companies to negotiate repayment for treatment they had paid for.
In the end, I came away with a fair settlement that was multiples higher than I could have done on my own, with none of the hassles of dealing with the ridiculous tactics of insurance adjusters.

My wife was involved in a car accident a couple of years ago which she was at no fault. For a year and a half she had physical therapy and saw a chiropractor to deal with the pain.
