Established in 1995.

Criminal Defense Attorney and DUI Defense Attorney David Welch began his practice of law in 1995. Since then, he has represented numerous clients in criminal and civil courts. Foremost in our office is not only providing the best possible legal representation, but also ensuring that each client receives thorough and personal care. From the beginning of each case, we share our client’s goals and exert our utmost to accomplish them. Our priority is that each client is thoroughly communicated with.

Our lengthy experience has enabled us to thoroughly understand the law and best defenses in each case. Having appeared in all Los Angeles Courts, we know the characteristics of each court location and have established relationships with many prosecutors and court staff.

Attorney David Welch earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Thomas Jefferson School of law in 1994. David is an experienced trial attorney who has successfully handled thousands of cases throughout Southern California.

Since investigation and negotiation are critical elements of legal representation, David has honed his abilities and uses his experience to arrive at successful settlements in many cases. In cases where settlement cannot be reached, or where the client demands the right to a jury trial, David is a polished trial attorney with experience in both misdemeanor as well as felony jury trials. He places importance on thorough preparation in each and every case he handles.
