Business Owner

David A. Simon received his juris doctorate degree from California Western School of Law where he won Academic Acheivement awards in Legal Writing and Advanced Criminal Litigation. While in Law School, David Simon also won the prestigious Distinguished Advocates Award for his stellar performance in the Gafford Mock Trial Competition. He received his Bachelors degree from the University of California at Riverside.

After graduating Law School, David A. Simon worked alongside the top criminal defense attorneys in San Diego. These include Michael Pancer, Jan Ronis and Gretchen von Helms. Since joining the criminal defense field six years ago, David A. Simon has argued before the California Court of Appeals, played an integral role in serious felony trials, made countless court appearances all over California, and written nearly every motion there is to write. Most importantly, David A. Simon has gotten great results for his own clients.
