History
Established in 2008.
Once the original home of the legendary San Diego Wine Bank, the heart that pumped wine into San Diego’s veins. Then Wine Bank moved downtown, and with it, a black cloud rolled over the emerald hills as the store became Del Cerro Liquor… what was once a beacon of hope for alcoholics from around the county became a soul-less cave, home to the dregs of society that would shamble in and sort through their hepatitis pennies to pay for their quart of cheap beer and fruitless lottery scratchers.
NO LONGER!
Acquired by KegnBottle, San Diego’s largest independant liquor store chain, the ship has begun to sail again. Captained by Booze Visionary Tony Konja with a skeleton crew of educated professional alcoholics, K&B Cellars is restoring this sad shack to it’s former glory, and in resurrecting the «pride of Del Cerro», the team is working to make this the number 1 beverage destination in San Diego, creating a whole new beverage/dining concept unseen in San Diego.
