Jensen Properties

We had recently bought our home in Oceanside, but due to unforeseen events, we decided to rent it out instead and move back to the Bay Area.
We are very fortunate to have meet Chris and Jensen Properties.
Here’s our recap of our experience:
We found Chris through Unilocal — called and asked him to stop by the same day to evaluate our home for the rental market. Chris arrived on time, prepared and was very professional. He had done his research before arriving; he knew the details of the home and was very knowledgeable. I picked his brains about the rental market. But placed the idea on the backburner because I had just accepted a job offer in the bay.
Through this time — Chris was very pro-​active. He reached out by phone and emails and kindly asked if we were still interested. He was not pushy. His professionalism made me respect and value him even more.
We spoke a week later and I signed all the documents and meet up with Chris to give him access to the home. (Saturday) He handled all the cleaning, maintenance, and advertisement. Within ONE WEEK, SERIOUSLY, JUST ONE WEEK! — he was able to rent out our home. It’s important to have someone who knows what they are doing. Because — every day the house is vacant, that was money that was bleeding from our pockets.
Chris kept us informed with every process. He calls, texts, emails us with every update and made sure we were happy with his service. We completely trust his judgement and value his opinion. He is great to work with, every easy to a hold of and most importantly, very professional and hardworking. We are still amazed that the process went through so quickly.

Chris is a great, honest professional who knows how to properly manage rentals to alleviate headaches for property owners. He’s well connected in the community and is very trustworthy. There isnt a person that I would trust more with my properties than Chris! He is a phenomenal people person who can get on the level of tenants to clear up communication and defuse problems when they arise. He is very knowledgeable about going rates in the area and what is an honest fee for properties and the best part is that I dont get charged if my properties are vacant. He will go out and find me tenants free of charge and keep my properties full. I couldnt be happier with Jensen properties!

This is a great managment company ! They go above and beyond consistently. When I first bought my investment property, I was healing from a broken bone and mobility was a problem. The owner, Chris, took it upon himself to go to the property on a number of occasions to assist me. It was immensely helpful. The company continues to immpress me and provide top-​notch service. The fee is low and the service is high. Can’t get much better than that !
