Jennifer Ann Spa And Wellness

This place has closed, but I wanted to warn future patrons of Jennifer Ann Ashlock (or Hildebrand) not to use her services if she ever opens a business again.
I never actually got the chance to visit the establishment. But, I purchased two spa packages as gifts online (over $ 400). When the people I gave the gifts to called to make appointments she told them she was closed. I tried to call and get my money refunded, but she would not do so. I later received a notice in the mail showing that she and her husband had declared bankruptcy and that no one would be getting the money owed to them.

Had and appointment for a couples massage today, but their phone number hasn’t been working for over a week. Drove by yesterday to check on the location. Definitely closed… thanks for the courtesy call!

Just called to try to make an appointment for this weekend. i was told that they were «booked on Saturday,» but «Sunday…oh no, sorry, not Sunday either… maybe Monday… oh no… I’m going to have to get back to you on when we’re available.» You’ll get back to me? Isn’t it your job as the receptionist to know the schedule? and if not… aren’t you responsible for knowing the schedule?

Fantastic facial and massage spot. Do not judge it from the outside. People were friendly and professional. Champagne and chocolate was great as well.
