7e Fit Spa

I purchased the a groupon for 3 torc sessions. I purchased these because I suffered a knee injury and was not working out for 10 months, but have recently been cleared to get moving again. I’m tired of the extra weight I’ve put on and wanted to use torc to help jump start my fitness goals.
After only my first session, I noticed that my abdomen was sore, as if I had been working out (as intended). Today I finished my third session. I have lost 5 lbs in the last 2 weeks, which is awesome! I have not changed much in my diet, and I’ve only taken 2 barre classes in this time, no extensive workouts, so I’d attribute this loss mostly to the torc. I can definitely tell a difference in my core strength as well, comparing the two barre classes. During the core portion of the classes the first time I had to stop several times, while the second time I only paused twice. I can also tell a difference in my posture while walking.
I have not interacted with many staff members. Teresa has been my aesthetician. She is friendly and knowledgeable about the services. She listened to what I wanted and offered services which would be compatible with my goals, but did not try to push unrelated treatments.
The only complaint I have is that it is not a convenient location for me, but may be for others. It was easy to find though. I just wish they had a location closer to me.

Extremely disappointed with this place. I won a free service and chose the TorQ procedure. The video said they start at level 1 and progress. The manager — told me they will be doing level 3 to get the best inches lost result. Said manager squeezed some gel on my stomach and sides then put the electrical pads on me. Level 3 was pretty painful but I thought oh well it’s just for 20 minutes to get some inches off, ok. Said manager’s shirt seemed very tight and when she turned around there were holes where the fabric had been stretched too far. When the procedure was over, I left with a 1 time follow-​up procedure the next week. Back in my office I was shocked when a co-​worker told me I had spilled something on my slacks– I guess the gel put on my skin had stained my slacks — I was very embarrassed and disappointed that this woman would let me leave like this. I called back and she said it was water based and should wash out. I took my pants to the dry cleaners and the stain did not come out. I called back and the manager said they could give me a facial for a small fee. I refused to give them a dime and asked for my pants to be replaced. She said she couldn’t do that.
Then she said they are a fitness spa and I should have dressed more appropriately.
Very unprofessional, hard to believe the business was featured on Oprah!

Don’t waste your money! the worse location & they promise results, every thing is fake

This is a different and unique spa, one that caters to both men and women looking to tone their body, skin and facial using an advanced state of the art technology. I was intrigued by it when a friend told me about the facility so I decided to give it a try. They call it body torc or contouring and I tried a few sessions on my arms and legs. (The main reason why I did it cause it is 100% safe!) I was surprised cause I really felt my muscles get sore after just one session! I could see my leg muscles get toned up after a couple of sessions as well. I don’t understand enough of the technology to explain in detail but you can always visit their website which has all the information. I haven’t tried their facial treatment and infra red spa yet but that’s my next attempt! It’s kind of fun and everyone there is just so nice and friendly, particularly the manager Sonia who treats me!
If you are looking to lose inches and tone up your body parts, and see fast results this is the place to go. When I get to try out the other treatments. I will post more info.

I had a very poor experience at this spa. I purchased a groupon for 2 microdermabrasion treatments with LED light treatments. Making the appointments was simple. The first treatment was ok. The «spa» is more of a converted office space with no ambiance. I was informed on first appointment that they were no longer legally allowed to perform LED treatments so it would be replaced by an ultrasonic skin tightening treatment. That’s fine. The aesthetician was very nice but the treatments were nothing special.
My second experience was extremely disappointing. The day of my appointment the spa called to tell me there was a scheduling issue and had to reschedule. This threw a wrench in schedule. When I showed up for my appointment the aesthetician seemed nice enough. However, she talked the entire time. I now know everything about her life, from her husband to her horses to friends who have image issues. She went so hard with the microdermabrasion that my skin is still raw 3 days later. She also used the tool on my lips. That was not comfortable. She also applied the mask to my lips which ended up getting in my mouth. She attempted to do extractions, which I believe she has little experience with. Also, she never performed the ultrasonic treatment. I didn’t ask because I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I only hope that no permanent damage has been done to my skin.

This place is awesome especially Elise she is so professional/​pleasant and very good and through at what she does I have been coming here for over 6 months and my skin has never looked better I have also tried the torc and it is awesome too. I highly recommend 7e Fit and Elise too. I hope I spelled her name right :) Oh and the Groupon deals are great as well as they offer up sweet deals from time to time.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would! It all started with an AMAZING groupon deal (2 Torc wraps for $ 50 or something along those lines.) If you sign up for their newsletter– ANOTHER $ 50 GIFTCARD TO USE! I have done their microdermabrasion facial & 3 Torc wraps and everything; service, product information, customer service, has been above and beyond! After 3sessions of Torc i saw a big difference in the size of my love handles! Muffin top to soft curve! :)These ladies are so attentive and helpful and knowledgeable about their services and products it puts any other spa to shame. The first time I did the Torc wrap I lost 2inches. I just went with a girlfriend yesterday for another wrap and lost another 4inches! They were even willing to honor their promotion price for my friend AFTER IT ENDED because I brought her! Great customer service & business move to me, who doesn’t love a deal? :) After my microdermabrasion facial my face was FLAWLESS AND BEAUTIFUL for a week. Im sure it wouldve stayed clear longer but I stopped washing my face of makeup & grime (HUGE MISTAKE! MAINTAIN LADIES!) They are always running promotions and deals so you can be fabulous and glam without a dent in your wallet! I rave about this place to all my girlfriends and they cant wait to try this hidden gem too. :) they also have a sauna treatment for detox and I am SO excited to try that next time! 7e Fit Spa, you guys are PHENOMENAL in all aspects and thank a million times over for being so pleasant and making this a wonderful experience. You just got yourself a new regular :)

I went to E7 this week also for a facial+microdermabrasion+LED that I had bought on Groupon. The esthetician who did all 3 of the services was nothing short of amazing! She was knowledgeable and friendly, she seemed super comfortable in what she was doing and explain everything I had questions about. When I asked for an add on she was able to accommodate me providing the extra service. The place is clean and friendly. I will be going there for all my facial services from this point forward, I would also like to try out TORC in the future. I would recommend E7 to everyone I know.

I lucked out on a Groupon for three session of Torc, which is a muscle tightening treatment. It is not the kind of thing I would usually do, but I was curious and wanted help with my abs.
Bottom line, IT WORKS! The first session, I didn’t see much happen; but after the second, I noticed a difference in the tightening in my abdomen. I also felt an improvement in my posture, as if my core was being strengthened as a whole. I just completed my third treatment and bought 3 more treatments. I feel as if my muscle memory is returning from the crunches I used to torture myself with!
I was measured before my treatments began and will be measured upon completion, but I am confident that I have already lost measurable inches.
The facility is calming, friendly and professional. Appointments are easy to schedule. Elsie has given me my treatments, always supervised by the very knowledgable owner, and she is a treasure of a woman.
I am VERY pleased, and will give a follow up review regarding results, including measurements, at the end of my sessions.

I went to 7E for a facial+microdermabrasion+LED treatment this week, found them through Groupon. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and upon getting there I was warmly and professionally greeted by the girl who would be doing my session, and given details about the treatment and packages. The facial was good and exactly as described in the Groupon deal. The girl was attentive and very throughout. In addition, they’ll give you an arms/​shoulder/​back massage while you have some of the creams on. I definitely recommend. I’ll be going back to get more facials for sure :)

I went in for my first TORC session, bought through Groupon, the other day and I will have to say that I was impressed with their customer service and professionalism. They are friendly and willing to explain everything about the procedure/​process. Since this was my first session, I can’t really fully say if the TORC was working yet.

This is a great place, I’ve been going there for Torc for a month and I enjoy it a lot. The business is fairly new but doing a great job — introducing a whole health concept
The staff is very friendly & totally accommodating.

I’m sure this place is great on a regular basis but I am writing this review based on my experience alone. I went in to get a facial+microdermabrasion+LED treatment. Getting an appointment super fast and easy; I called and was able to schedule a perfect time that worked for me right away. I showed up the day of (after figuring out I needed to get into the elevator and go up to the 3^rd floor) and was greeted by the girl who was to take care of me. She set up the room as I filled out the usual questionnaire so waiting was not a problem. The place is very clean and simple, no overbearing smells or the like. The girl was very nice; talkative and relatable. She was not exactly gentle but she knew what she was doing. The facial was very basic, no steaming or extractions. She pointed out my skin flaws but offered no suggestions as to how to alleviate them except to keep coming back for facials of course. The microdermabrasion was not spectacular, but it did the job. The LED treatment was amazing, I must admit. She assessed my skin and went with the appropriate treatment right for my face (each light color treats a different condition, ask what’s best for you!). It’s a weird tingly sensation, which in my mind means it’s working. Lo and behold my skin was flawless within 2 days, though, naturally, it went back to it’s usual grimy self in about a week – it’s not a permanent fix.
My biggest complaint is that the girl was tending to another client while she was doing my treatment. She let me know up front someone else had showed up in the morning and she would have to be running back and forth between us, which I appreciate but still, it made for a less than relaxing experience. As soon as the other client made any noise, the esthetician jumped out of her seat to tend to her. Yes, this is the expected customer service and she was doing the best she could under the circumstances but they would benefit from hiring an assistant that could look after the unlimited membership walk-​in clients. I am only grateful that I could hear her squirting sanitizer into her hands before she came back to touching my face. Perhaps I am being too harsh so I am willing to give them another try and update this review then, but until that time I would say the experience was less than optimal.
