Established in 1981.

Jeff Kull Construction Development originated in San Diego, California in 1981. In the early days, we primarily focused on commercial projects, which included the original Straw Hat Pizza and Black Angus restaurants. As time progressed our dynamic portfolio encompassed large commercial projects in Escondido, Sorrento Valley, Point Loma, and San Diego and numerous luxury homes in Point Loma, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, La Jolla, and many other areas in San Diego. We have built a solid reputation with our clients, subcontractors, staff, and community. Our family business has remains on solid ground after 30 in business– We thank our clients who have become and remained our friends over the years.
