In business since 1952, we are a small family owned remodeling company. Our remodeling contractors can help you with any small or big project you may have. Whether it’s kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, room additions or even whole house remodels, we can help. Unlike other remodeling companies, our goal is to build a relationship with our client. We want to get to know you and your expectations.

Meet the Business Owner

James and John G.

Business Owner

Prior to joining KDR in 2003, James Guerra earned an MBA and worked for Accenture as a management consultant specializing in business planning and performance management. Projects ranged from small start-​up companies to the Fortune 500 and spanned across multiple industries. This experience gives KDR a level of service and professionalism rarely enjoyed in the construction industry, but commonly expected in most other professions.

John Guerra has worked in the construction industry for 25 years. He took over primary operation of the business in 1988 and has served as Field Worker, Superintendent, Project Manager and Estimator for projects ranging from reconstruction and remodeling to custom home building. This experience provides KDR with the construction expertise necessary to provide quality work.
