History

Established in 1983.

Initial Impression was established in 1983 by Stephen & Joy Weiss in La Mesa, Ca. Initial Impression has been the recipient of a number of prestigious awards over the years, including The San Diego Business Journal Family Business of the Year. The office was moved to a much larger and more central location in 2003. We are now centrally location in Kearny Mesa, between the 163 & 805.

Business Owner

Craig is a member of the Weiss family. He literally grew up in the business, but joined the company full time in 2000. Craig handles all aspects of sales, marketing and account management. Craig is an expert at finding the right products within his clients budgets to achieve their promotional marketing objectives. Craig is also an expert on all types of logo apparel and awards and recognition. Craig is an active member of San Diego Chapter of Meeting Professionals International, San Diego Ad Club, International Franchise Association, & San Diego Convention of Visitor’s Bureau. His hobbies include Surfing, Golfing and playing Racquetball.
