History

Established in 2005.

Since 2005, the Veterinary Imaging Center of San Diego (VICSD) has established itself as San Diego’s first stand-alone veterinary radiology clinic and a national leader in I-131 therapy. We pride ourselves in being an outpatient imaging-only facility because of our reduced overhead costs in comparison to larger specialty hospitals, making veterinary radiology more affordable to pet owners. We also offer convenient options such as a Pet Taxi to and from the regular veterinarian’s clinic, a central location, and a mobile option for certain ultrasound cases. Under our unique business model, our board-certified radiologists and our licensed imaging technicians provide nothing but five-star care to our patients; and our front office staff’s level of customer service is remnant of a time when it was valued by more businesses.
