My Name is Fahri Chimen. I came to San Diego with a little over $ 360 dollars in my pocket 11 years ago. Since then, I used my impeccable driving record to start driving for a local limo company. I specialized in high end late model stretch hummers and acquired my class B license to drive full length passenger buses. Using the knowledge that I learned working in the industry, I left the limousine company on good terms to create my own brand of executive transport: Highline Charter.

I met my wife here in San Diego and I have two beautiful children. We are very grateful for the opportunities and success we have had and Highline has been a positive business venture!

Each year the Friends of Scott Foundation takes a group of kids and their families to a Padres Baseball game. With provide transportation from and to Rady’s Childrens/​Petco Park. After having trouble with a different charter company in prior years, last year, we decided to go with Highline. Natasha was so helpful and communication with the drivers couldn’t have been better. We decided to use them again for this year’s event!

I am only giving 4 stars because our need for a charter bus was cancelled. With that said I would definitely use this company they give great customer service. I started my emails with Sim, then Natasha. I must have asked 20 questions on several emails. Natasha responded quickly and was thorough will all her answers. Great job.

Highlline Charter handled the transportation needs for our wedding and did a super job! We had two coaches and they shuttled the wedding party and guests from the hotel to the venue. They made multiple trips and there wasn’t one mistake. We really appreciate their professionalism and kindness. It was great to be able to provide this service for our guests, so they didn’t have to drive after a night of celebration.
It was an amazing night and they helped make it perfect!

Highline Charter is top-​notch! We used them for two of our youth group’s summer camp trips and both trips went perfectly. The driver Richard is very professional, patient and friendly. Vanessa in the office was wonderful and was great help setting up our trips. I even had a chance to talk to the owner who was very nice. The buses were new and made for a very pleasant trip for everyone. I am thankful to find such a great company to provide transportation for our group.

We used Highline Charter for group airport pickups and they are amazing! Great customer service, so friendly and very responsive! I receive a phone call 2 days before all my groups’ arrivals/​departure confirming pickup locations and time, as well as the driver’s name and cell phone number. Airport pickups are a HUGE part of our company’s reputation and highline has done a phenomenal job helping us get our groups to and from where they need to go. Vanessa is my contact person and she is always on top of things and makes sure everything is in order!

Highline Charter gave us a little scare on our wedding day.
After booking the 43 passenger bus from the resort to my wedding venue the charter bus arrived at the wrong location. Although everything was confirmed in emails and in the payment receipt the bus went to the wedding venue and all the guests were waiting 45 minutes at the resort. We almost had to postpone the ceremony but luckily to be safe we arranged for a very early arrival and everything kicked off only a couple minutes late as they got everyone to their seat. The operations manager at the venue told the driver he was in the wrong location. It took one of the groomsmen going out to the driver to get him to depart to the correct location.
No one had any complaints about the trips both ways and they were on time to pick everyone up at the end of the reception. I had a very pleasant experience working with Natasha to book the charter bus. I was very pleased to receive an apology and partial refund for the mixup.

Highline Charter provided us with our wedding transportation including shuttles for all the guests and pick-​ups for the bride and groom. They were great! They’re so easy to work with and very accommodating. Overall, their shuttles are very nice, their prices are more affordable than other companies, and their customer service is amazing.

I found Highline Charter on Unilocal and after calling over 15 other places for a 20 – 30 passenger limo for my mom’s 65th birthday, their prices were competitive. I initially spoke with Natasha. She was extremely professional and helpful and was able to make our reservation. Due to issues with my e-​mail, I had to call back the following day and spoke with Natasha. Natasha was equally as nice and professional and was apologetic for the confusion, even though it was an issue on my end with my e-​mail.
The day of the event (7÷19÷14), the 30 passenger bus was supposed to pick us up at 6pm. I received a call from our driver, Annette at 5:45pm, stating that she was there and ready whenever we were. Annette was professional, funny and nice. She was prepared to take us where we needed to go, waited for us where she said she would and we had no issues.
I highly, highly recommend Highline Charter!!! Professional, accomodating and nice.

Highline Charter saved us. After a complete cluster with Carpe Diem bailing on us 2 days before our wedding, we were able to get in touch with Fahri here, who was quick to help us, gave us some great options and pricing, and got us back on track in no time at all for the wedding. Anyone who has planned their own wedding knows the kind of panic that is induced by a vendor bailing on you 48 hrs before (especially on Friday before a holiday weekend!) … these guys truly came to the rescue. We could not be more grateful!!!

Efficient, professional, kind, clean, & accommodating. I highly recommend them.
I initially called Highline after business hours and the owner cheerfully answered and gave me contact information for the office manager, Vanessa, who would be able to book us in the morning. Vanessa responded early the next morning and we were confirmed and booked, no questions asked. Our day-​of driver was professional and kind; he called me to tell me where he parked, met with me outside the venue, & did not pressure us to «hurry up» as I wrangled our group of 32 onto the charter van/​bus. At the pick-​up site, he took the time to call me & even find some of our group to be sure everyone was accounted for before departing. I heard numerous positive comments from all the guests about the driver & clean van/​bus.
Highline went above and beyond and we will certainly use them again in the future.

I debated writing this review — because sometimes when you find a great company you want to keep them all to yourself so they don’t get too busy. But I will take the chance because Highline is such a professional company. We used them for transport to and from San Diego to LAX. Amazing service. Our driver had to wait for us on the way back from London as our flight was delayed for 4 hours. He was still there early just to be safe and had just a great attitude. We also used to take my daughter and her friends to the Tim McGraw concert in Chula Vista. Again, timely, professional, knowledgeable. Oh and the connections — we were in and out so quickly right to the front! A true VIP experience. This is the only company I will use and recommend!

Our normal «dude» aka driver wasn’t available for a pick up/​return home ride last week so I hopped on Unilocal and started making calls. Everyone I called was $ 115+ for a one way from the airport to the La Costa area. HuH?
These guys quoted me $ 75 and I was sold on the spot. They said they’d call me back in 15 minutes to get it all set up. 30 minutes go by so I call back and the guy is super apologetic and takes down our info.
There was a bit of miscommunication as he wrote down my cell # wrong (he had it on his caller ID though…) so I had to call dispatch back to get a hold of the driver when we walked outside at the airport. Other than that minor snafu the driver was nice, the car was clean, and he got us home safely. I’d call that a success!

My girlfriends and I decided we needed a night out on the town and we decided to book with Highline Charter. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with the service we received. Aside from the prompt and friendly service, our limo was impeccable. There were no random stains from previous newbie partier’s or any obscene odors (smoke/​puke/​sex) that radiated from the seats or ceiling! Lol. Believe me we have booked with other charter services and have had horrible experiences in the past. Glad we found Highline Charter and we will definitely bring our future business to them. HC really shows their pride in ownership and excels at customer service. Highly recommended for any occasion.

I have used this transportation company before and have been very pleased with their service. The driver that we had was very friendly and quick to respond. The price quoted was the price charge and there was no hassle. I intend to use this service whenever I need it again and would recommend it to anyone!
