Born in 1982 in Amman, Jordan. Moved to the states in 1996. Went to high school in San Diego, CA & earned a football scholarship to Iowa State. Majored in Criminal Justice with a minor in psychology.

«We Get You There Like No One Else «
My wife and I use Citi Transportation twice in the last Month to pick us up in El Cajon, California and take us to the airport in downtown San Diego. Mo, our driver and Co-​owner of the company was Fantastic. He was on time and so professional, as he quickly put our bags into the trunk of the car and opened the doors for us. Mo, had a great personality and was fun to talk with on our trip to the airport. The Limo style car we had was beautiful, clean, and had free water for our pleasure. My wife and I then came back from our Trip in two weeks and called Citi Transportation again to pick us up from the airport and take us back to our house. Again Mo was our driver and was so prompt, courteous, and helpful, as he loaded up the baggage in the limo, and took us home. Mo you «Rock », we will definitely see you again !

Absolute professionals! I’ve used this service to and from the airport almost every week for five years and they are always on time. The cars are very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The online booking app is very quick and efficient and works on my phone as well. I wish all business owners were as conscientious and courteous as Shad and Mo!

We use this service any time that we go out for an evening with friends and whenever we need a ride to the airport. They are always right on time, the drivers are friendly and cars are clean. It took us a while to find a service that could be consistent but are happy to have found Chad and his group. They deliver and are competitively priced as well.

Love Citi Transportation — Chad, Mo, Ahmad, Seri and Sam (apologize if I misspelled any of your names)!
I can always count on them and use their services often for flights to and from the airport. They are personable, professional, dependable and drive safely and just hired them 6 times last month for flights and a party, definitely the best way to travel and I will sometimes book last minute and they are always able to accommodate.

5 Star service in every way! We booked them for the weekend in San diego and Rancho Santa Fe. Professional, immaculate, early, and waiting. Difficult to get such great service nowadays– Forget the rental car, book this car service.

Giving one star when they deserve none. This place charged me $ 50 for a ride to the airport, which I made the mistake of paying for in advance. The driver waited all of 8 minutes before leaving despite the fact that he arrived 4 minutes early; they took my money without providing their end of the bargain and as a consequence I nearly missed my flight. Use a different company if possible and NEVER pay these people in advance

These guys are professionals! We use them for our personal travel as well as business travel and have never been disappointed.
They are prompt, courteous, and helpful. When our return flight was delayed, the first person I spoke to was Mo, double checking if we had made it or if we would be arriving on the next flight. He met us at the curb, loaded all our bags for us and then even brought our stuff up the stairs when we got home (it was a 3 week trip through Asia, and we had the luggage to prove it!
The complimentary water and flight status checking go a long way to separate them from a run of the mill taxi cab… Also, each car has always been clean with almost a new car smell.
For sure, these are the kind of guys — at completely reasonable prices — that I want handling our transportation needs. Highly recommended.
One side note: of all the times we’ve used them, there was a small, small hiccup for one of our business clients. Mo was supremely apologetic, took complete responsibility for the misunderstanding and offered totally reasonable compensation for it. There will always be problems when traveling, the solution is how quality companies handle them… Kudos to Citi Transportation!

I’ve had excellent experiences with Citi Transportation on my frequent trips to San Diego and I’m happy to recommend them on Unilocal.The last time I left San Diego on a very early flight and they were 15 minutes early for a 430 pick up time. The gentleman that drove the vehicle was just conversational enough for such an early call and he also gave me some great gouge on some of the different GPS apps to use for my iPhone. His recommendation of INRX has saved my butt more than once while navigating DC traffic and that alone warrants a five star recommendation! SUV was clean and comfortable!

We’ve used Citi Transport several times for airport trips for family and friends visiting. They have done an excellent job every time, including a family of 6 with baby and dog safely and comfortably. The cars are always clean and in great condition and the driver friendly and on time, including 2 pickups at 4:30 a.m. We will continue to rely on them and encourage others to do so as well.

After checking many web sites for Airport shuttle service to the San Diego airport, I came upon ‘Citi Airport Transportation’. They advertised a fare of $ 49 from Rancho Bernardo to the San Diego airport. I entered my travel information and waited to hear back from them. After about an hour they called. He informed me that the fare was $ 65 and a mandatory gratuity of 20% for a total of $ 78. When I mentioned the $ 49 price in their web site, he hesitated and then said that price is no longer available. He then stated the price was $ 65 with mandatory 20% gratuity. Isn’t a gratuity was up to my discretion, and based on quality of service? I then quickly received an email stating that there was no $ 49 fare listed on their web site. I got onto their web site, created a screen capture of the advertised price, and sent it to them. Advertising one thing and switching it to another, is called «Bait and Switch», and it’s a FELONY!
