Nina has a healing, soft touch but can release deep tension too. Her technique always leaves me relaxed and calm no matter what issue I had on my body. She is very knowledgable about pressure points and stretches that can help relieve pain. I highly recommend Nina! She definitely lives up to her business name. She is quite the healer!

Nina is an amazing Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Practitioner. She combines techniques depending on what my body needs that day: usually Therapeutic/​Deep Tissue, Tension relief and stretches. (She also specializes in Shiatsu, Sports massage, Reflexology, Pregnancy/​baby massage and Spa techniques.)
She is super talented — one of the few therapists who can stretch my shoulder blades without me flinching! She is professional, kind, and what I really appreciate is that she remembers what I like and how my body responds best — E.g. heat pads on my upper back while she works on my legs so that my tense back is more receptive to deep tissue work.
Also, she often offers timely advice such as particular stretches I can do at home to help myself in between massages. I always appreciate those who go above and beyond. Clearly, I’m a fan and highly recommend her.
And, one of these days I’ll try that body wrap… But for now I come back for her heavenly and effective massages!
