Description

Specialties

Your partner in health and wellbeing.

At Integrative Bodyworx it is our goal to provide the most knowledgeable, results driven bodywork to keep you staying active and healthy.

Integrative Bodyworx understands that manual therapy is only part of the solution. As every body has a unique response to massage, a variety of modalities are combined to make each session the most effective for each client.

Integrative Bodyworx will do a body assessment in order to find fascial patterns and possible areas of dysfunction and muscle imbalances. Breaking down scar tissue and adhesions through manual therapy will release tightness while stretch therapy will aid in reeducating the muscles to gain maximum range of motion.

Our goal at Integrative Bodyworx is promoting structural alignment, correcting muscle imbalances and improving functional performance, flexibility, and body awareness so you are able to fully engage in your normal activities as soon as possible.

With an intuitive touch and therapeutic technique, our primary goal is assisting client’s body awareness for optimal integration of health and wellbeing.
