She singlehandedly made it so Spanx will not be necessary under my wedding dress. There’s no higher endorsement I could write than that! I wish I had known of her services back when I was struggling to diet on my own; since I’ve worked with her, I am not constantly worried that I’m dieting incorrectly, causing long-​term metabolic damage or setting myself up for vitamin deficiency.
Speaking as someone in healthcare, I don’t think that many people are aware that dietitians have much more rigorous and lengthy training than nutritionists, and that dietitian internships are fiercely competitive. She is a dietitian (and a Harvard-​trained one at that.) I have yet to ask her a question for which she does not have a comprehensive and evidence-​based answer. I intend to continue working with her after the wedding so that I can shift my focus to sports nutrition.

I have had the pleasure of working with Andrea at H2O now for about a year now and I have to say I am amazed with my results.
I was recently diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic because of my Indian heritage and contacted Andrea seeking help.
When I was first diagnosed I had a A1C blood level of 15 which is positive for Diabetes. one year later, thanks largely to Andrea’s help my A1C level was down to a 6.
Andrea has helped my with my nutrition and exercise program which has become my medication. I have also dropped 30 pounds mainly from my waist and now have more energy than ever.
I would recommend Andrea to anyone and everyone who is serious about taking control of their lives via a healthy lifestyle.

Andrea is awesome! Her drive and passion for nutrition and athleticism is really translated into her work with clients. It is a pleasure being a client of Andrea and learning how nutrition is one of the biggest key to seeing results. Andrea is wonderful. She has such a great energy, and outlook on life. Super knowledgable and whip smart. The years had started to catch up to me, and I was the heaviest I had ever been. You know what it’s like when you’ve fallen that low. no energy. low motivation, but her positivity was infectious and it helped me break out of my routine. She designed a lifestyle plan for me that was realistic and livable, and that I could stick to.
This is a positive review, so expect to hear about how much weight I lost (which I did. quite a bit) or in how much better my health became (also amazing. triglycerides from 450 down to 200, blood pressure down. I’m now no longer pre-​diabetic), but truth be told, all the information she gives me is freely available from multiple sources, but I’ve used them all before (Fat Secret, Read everything on Live Strong, etc.) and be honest, you have too.
There is something about the way Andrea coaches you that makes success achievable. Maybe it’s just coaching in general that is the key to victory, I don’t know, but I am certain that Andrea will do everything in her power to make you healthy, energized and feel great about yourself.

Andrea is incredible. She is passionate about what she does and it shows. This woman talks the talk and walks the walk. She has amazing energy, she’s knowledgeable, well informed, and well educated. Andrea is amazing! I was referred to her about 3 months ago by a good friend. Andrea is amazing. I initially went in for an assessment about 8 months ago just to see what it was all about and maybe get a few tips and tricks. I’ve been seeing her monthly now and she is amazing. She is so energetic and positive, encouraging and realistic! I’m Down in pounds (15 to be exact) but more importantly, down in body fat, and have completely overhauled my health with better numbers in cholesterol, triglycerides, and other nutrients. I’ve learned how to exercise more efficiently and changed my lifestyle. I definitely recommend Andrea to be your nutritionist. I initially contacted her as a referral from a great friend (who lost a significant amount of weight and body fat), so I was intrigued to find out what H20 nutrition was all about. Andrea set up a nutrition and work out plan that fit my needs and made me feel great about myself. She also recommended supplements that have made me feel healthy and have helped me to meet my goals. I was always confused by info I would read on the internet, or advice from others, so it has been great to get answers from a professional and create a plan that was specific to my needs.
I initially wanted help to ‘shed for the wedding’ which I have done by losing 12 lbs and 4% body fat so far! but it was really most importantly great to learn more about nutrition and what my body needs to be at it’s best. Andrea is an amazing sports nutritionist. I’ve been active all my life, but never really happy with my eating habits during training. Andrea has helped me see food as fuel and is extremely knowledgeable about not only what works for me, but WHY it works. I’ve treated our sessions as a class on my body and it’s unique needs. In three months I’ve dropped over 2% body fat and, more importantly, have learned so much.
Andrea does an exceptional job of laying out her suggestions and explaining why she knows they will work. Between each of our sessions (about three weeks apart) she sets 3 – 5 manageable goals for me to work on. Then we follow up the next session and build on my knowledge base. In between sessions, Andrea is great at returning emails or texts and has even met me to refill my vitamins.
I’m almost halfway through my first set of sessions and I cannot wait to see Andrea for number five next week!

I’ve decided to a few months ago I needed to change the way I eat if I were going to get back into shape. So I asked Andrea to help me understand food and what I need to eat day to day to reach my goal. She didn’t give me some crazy diet, but introduced foods I haven’t been eating. I’m not going to say that it’s easy for me to make all my food at home is easier than eating out, but it’s a hell of a lot healthier.
