As a San Diego native and small business owner, I run my business with the customers needs in mind. I am the sole operator of Fully Restored Pressure Washing which insures every job is completed to my own high standards. When I started this company there weren’t many roof cleaners around, and there still aren’t. It takes a high skill set and very careful execution. It is a dangerous job but I haven’t had a claim or accident on my record since I began. I am known to throw in all kinds of extras at no additional charge because I want to leave your home shining. As a small business owner who provides for my family through this business, I am proud to serve my home city with pressure washing services. I have three children ages 16, 6 and a new addition who is almost 1! and am happily married to my wife of 12 years. I started Fully Restored Pressure Washing at the age of 25 as a means for my wife to stay home with our children and manage the home. I have found my niche in the roof cleaning, residential side of pressure washing for over 10 years now. I have cleaned over a thousand roofs since I began in 2006 and specialize in residential power washing.

Contacted Sean to schedule the power washing of my roof in preparation for an upcoming solar system install. Sean was quick to response via Unilocal message with a fixed price quote after looking up my property details.
We settled on a date and time — which was only a few days out. The next day my solar company called and said they could install sooner — so I said ‘yes!’. I messaged Sean and he was able to squeeze me in a day sooner than originally scheduled.
Sean showed up on time and did a great job — the roof looks brand new! He was also meticulous about cleaning up the ground and walls after he was done.

Picked Sean from his Unilocal reviews and what a great choice! He was quick to respond to the voicemail message I had left and able to give me a date and a quote. He arrived on time and was able to get started before I left for work. The house had some trouble areas that couldn’t get off with the pressure washer — red clay. Sean took the time to explain that to me and even discounted the quoted price because he didn’t want me disappointed.

Used Sean three times. First to do my entire house in preparation for a backyard wedding. Second time was to clean the patio prior to re-​staining the concrete. Most recent was to clean up my driveway and sidewalks at new house. After cleaning we both noticed a fair amount of rust and he carries a special chemical to clean that up as well.
Upbeat guy, shows up on time, delivers the goods, all at a competitive price. What could be better than that???

We are so delighted with our low pressure roof cleaning (composition asphalt) and house pressure washing. Sean’s e-​mail coorespondance was not only reassuring and postive, but he answered all my questions and concerns before starting the job. I did shop around, but it was Sean’s professional, courteous, knowledgeable attitude and the reviews on Unilocal that beat out the rest. Sean arrived to do our 2200 square foot one story home at 12:30 and was finished by 4:30. He washed the outside windows and screens (there are many) and the difference is astounding! Prompt Response — Professional Work
My husband was impressed by how quickly Sean contacted him and was ready to discuss all of the particulars of the job. (Sean checked out our roof on Google Earth!). He was very courteous and knowledgeable and was able to quote a price for pressure washing our roof and provided an appointment date right away.
48 hours later — We have clean tiles on our roof AND he cleaned the windows and walkways that had received a bit of runoff from the dirty tiles. For such a reasonable price we were surprised by how careful and meticulous his work was as well as how quickly he was able to schedule the job.

We had a big project of 17 large buildings of apartment homes that needed all tile roofs cleaned. I was referred to Sean from another property manager. He came over to our property management office with all the information we needed to hire a vendor for a commercial job. He had anticipated all the concerns and needs we had for our residents and owners. After checking out his references we hired him not just for his expertise and fabulous price, but we needed a professional friendly person who would work well with our residents as they are our main concern. We had to ask our residents to remove all their personal belongings from their patios and balconies and in some instances move their vehicles so as not to be damaged by all the muddy mess from our roofs. Sean worked so well with our residents! He really is one of the best vendor we have hired in the past 25 years of doing business. Our roofs look like new and we all couldn’t of asked for a nicer person to work with. Sean exceeded all our expectations. Anyone who hires this company will be so happy.

Great experience for a great price. Sean Moody is the owner and personally pressure washed our 5000 plus sq foot home’s Spanish tile roof. He cleaned skylights too and never broke a tile. Sean actually cleans entire roof, pressure washed stucco walls, power washed the concrete around the pool and cleaned our concrete driveway. He cleaned the rain gutters too. He is fast, honest and fairly priced! Our house looks like new and people who come over mention how great the roof and house look. Sean responds quickly to texts, questions etc and is very flexible about scheduling. He is working around our schedule so that the driveway is done last after we re-​landscape etc. I recommend SEAN 100%. I only wish the other workers we hired for our remodel were so professional with the same high level of perfectionism.
